Location very good. Room is huge. Cleanliness 10/10 recomended to stay here. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Very nice and centrally located hotel. All the rooms are stayed in are studio style with a small kitchenette, wich is a bonus.

Everything was perfect, specially the location

The hotel's location is ideal. The room's design is aesthetically pleasing and generously sized. However, there were issues with the bathroom's plumbing, the air conditioning unit's noise levels, and the comfort of the bed due to the noticeable springs.

Great hotel and location..biggest room I ever stayed in Yerevan.. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom Didn't try breakfast.. Overall great all, only area of improvement would be the noisy air conditioning but winter is coming anyway

Excellent location and service

Hotel is helpful and friendly. Quick service. Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Food is variety and good. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre. City is safe and alive at night. Cascade can be seen from hotel window Many restaurants/cafe walking distance from hotel open morning till 11pm. Very convenient.

Nice view and location, comfy

Отличное месторасположение. Плохое состояние номерного фонда, ламинат вздулся от воды, гигиенический душ протекает, в итоге вообще поранился о кнопку слива в туалете.

位置：極佳，鄰近葉里溫階梯、歌劇院 設備：套房設有爐具，但廚具、碟、刀叉等需要向餐廳借用 浴室：浴缸漏水，需換房解決；浴缸沒有塞，不能浸浴

Месторасположение отличное,в центре и тоже время в тихом дворике.нет пыли и машин.персонал отличный .В номере чисто,еда вкусно,разнообразно,фрукты и овощи всё было. Кто жалуется на питание это зря,не думаю,что дома утром мы так завтракаем.Если ещё поеду только ко в Оперу!

Отличное расположение в самом центре Еревана. Вид из окон тоже классный, особенно с высоких этажей. Номер большой. Завтрак очень понравился, людей было мало, выбор большой, причем не стандартный набор, а были интересные и вкусные продукты, сок натуральный, не подкрашенная вода, как во многих отелях. Из минусов: не хватило одноразовых тапочек, обещали панорамный бар, но в итоге в наш день он не работал. И самое ужасное, что слив в душевой был забит чужими волосами, от этого и вода долго уходила, стояла высотой 5 см. Я сообщила на ресепшен, прислали рабочего, но тот сказал, что нужно уборщицу прислать и ушел. Так волосы и остались до нашего отъезда на следующий день.

酒店門口的保安很不禮貌，給他小費還是有不禮貌的態度，前台女士也沒有那麼熱情，房間超級臟，大床很不舒服，最不好的酒店可以在亞美尼亞駐留是這一家。不推薦大家入住👎🏻👎🏻
