"The hotel's location is excellent, a 10-minute walk from Republic Square. The GUM agricultural market is nearby, offering the best prices in Yerevan. There's a bank with an exchange office around the corner. The hotel is clean, and there's a pool and sauna. A swimming cap and flip-flops are a must; if you don't have them, you can buy them. Rooms vary: singles are smaller, doubles are larger, and so on. Breakfasts are good, with everything for everyone, without being overly pretentious. The staff is wonderful and very welcoming. They'll help you with anything. Thank you for the wonderful welcome; I'll definitely be back."

Over 4 nights, three of them, around 11:00 PM, they turned off all the water, so I ran and told them there was no water. They cleaned the room once at our request and that was it! Trip says the room has a terrace, please correct this deception; there is not a single room with a terrace! It says the receptionists speak Russian, but that's also a lie; they speak either English or Armenian! Overall, my impression of the receptionists is negative; they showed no interest in the comfort of the guests! Overall, negatives everywhere."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Yerevan - Republic Square. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Republic Square and many restaurants and attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the facilities I needed for my stay. During my first night, there was an issue with water dripping from the ceiling into the room. The engineering team responded promptly, although the first repair did not completely resolve the problem. They returned the next day and successfully fixed it, and I appreciated their efforts to ensure everything was working properly. What impressed me most was the customer service. On the day of my departure, I realized that I had lost my passport holder with money inside. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me. They contacted the airport’s Lost & Found department on my behalf and made several inquiries to assist in locating the item. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant a lot to me. While my stay was not completely problem-free, the professionalism and genuine care shown by the staff made a very positive impression. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and support."

"We stayed for one day on our way to vacation. We liked it and stayed for 3 days on our way back. We stayed in different rooms there and back. There is an early check-in (we arrived at 6 am) and late check-out (we left at 8 pm), you don’t have to pay for a whole day, like in other hotels. The room is spacious. The water pressure is excellent and the water drains well in the shower (this is important to me :)) Quiet. Very clean, you can walk around barefoot, they cleaned and changed the towels every day. Two 0.5 bottles of water every day. Dental kit every day. A wide bed with a comfortable mattress. Breakfast has everything you need - brewed coffee, porridge, hot dishes, cold cuts of cheese and meat, fruit, sweets... Very polite and friendly staff. A little to the right, across the road and a little further up - an excellent supermarket, a butcher shop where they make shashlik, a cafe. There is a restaurant next to the hotel. It's a bit far from the center, but firstly, Yandex taxi in Yerevan is not expensive, and secondly, there are such traffic jams in the center, I can't imagine how long it takes to leave the hotel for the airport. We recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Staying at this hotel is a disgusting experience! Very dirty and disgusting inside the room. The equipment is old, and in some places "does not work, spills, is missing"! It is difficult to call this place a hotel. I got a room in which the bathroom is simply taken outside the room, although in the description of the room, it was written "private bathroom". I was assured that only I would use the bathroom in the common corridor. After arguing, the room was first offered to be changed for an additional fee, then they changed it for free. There is no wi-fi in the rooms, only "wired Internet", keep this in mind. I "bought" on a fairly high rating and low price - do not make my mistakes. In reality, I would rate such a place no more than 3"
