Ulasan Jujur – Red Planet Hotel Ortigas Saya baru-baru ini menginap di Red Planet Hotel Ortigas selama 4 hari. Meskipun saya menghargai harga terjangkau dan kebersihan kamar yang cukup baik, saya cukup kecewa dengan beberapa aspek selama menginap. Pertama, tidak ada telepon di kamar, hanya ada satu di dekat lift. Hal ini sangat merepotkan, terutama ketika membutuhkan bantuan. Meskipun stafnya sopan ketika diajak bicara langsung, sangat sulit untuk menghubungi mereka melalui telepon, dan mereka lambat merespons ketika saya meminta bantuan. Saya meminta sikat gigi untuk diantar, tetapi tidak pernah sampai, dan akhirnya saya check out tanpa sikat gigi. Saya harus keluar dan membelinya sendiri. Juga tidak ada layanan air minum gratis, yang biasanya disediakan di sebagian besar hotel. Dan yang menambah frustrasi saya, internet tidak berfungsi selama saya menginap, saya bahkan tidak bisa terhubung sama sekali. Itu sangat merepotkan, terutama bagi seseorang yang mengandalkan Wi-Fi untuk bekerja atau berkomunikasi. Soal kebersihan, secara keseluruhan lumayan, tetapi dispenser sabun di kamar saya kosong, dan yang mengejutkan, handuk yang disediakan bernoda darah, sesuatu yang sama sekali tidak bisa diterima oleh tamu mana pun. Saya juga memperhatikan kurangnya keramahan dari sebagian besar staf. Mereka hampir tidak menyapa tamu saat masuk atau keluar, dan sejujurnya terasa seperti mereka tidak terlatih dalam layanan pelanggan atau perawatan tamu yang baik. Namun, saya ingin mengakhiri ulasan ini dengan menyoroti satu anggota staf yang benar-benar menonjol di antara para penjaga hotel. Dia selalu ramah, hormat, dan profesional. Dia menyapa saya dengan hangat "Mabuhay" setiap kali saya masuk atau meninggalkan hotel dan selalu membukakan pintu untuk saya. Kehadirannya membuat saya tersenyum, dan saya sangat menghargai keramahan dan dedikasinya yang tulus. Secara keseluruhan, Red Planet Ortigas masih perlu banyak perbaikan, terutama dalam hal layanan pelanggan, sistem komunikasi (seperti menambahkan telepon di dalam kamar), dukungan tamu, dan fasilitas dasar seperti Wi-Fi dan kebersihan. Hal-hal sederhana seperti kesopanan, responsivitas, dan kebersihan sangat membantu membuat masa inap menyenangkan, dan sayangnya, sebagian besar hal tersebut tidak ada di sini.

With care and respect, I highly recommend Privato Hotel to everyone. It’s cozy and comfortable, and the staff are genuinely kind and approachable especially Miss Charity. I truly appreciate her professionalism and patience. I admired the way she clearly explained everything to me with such calm and respect. To all the other staff as well, thank you for your warm hospitality and excellent service. Everyone made my stay feel safe, relaxed, and well taken care of. Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For sure, I’ll be checking in here again!”

Over all it was a relaxing night, although no telephone inside the room and sleepers. spotless room and had a bit of view of shaw blvd and pioneer.

We had a great stay. The staff are accommodating and what amazed me is that I get to experience the Grab locker at the hotel

We recently stayed at Red Planet Ortigas and what we liked the most was its location. It’s right in the heart of Ortigas, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. Major offices, malls like SM Megamall and The Podium, and plenty of dining options are all within walking distance or just a short ride away. The accessibility is excellent — whether you’re commuting by public transport or using ride-hailing apps, it’s quick and easy to get around. I was able to maximize my time in the city without spending too much of it in traffic. However, it should be noted that the hotel does not provide slippers or a dental kit by default. These are available for purchase at the front desk for ₱45, so it’s best to bring your own if you want to save on extras. Overall, the location makes this hotel a solid choice for travelers who value convenience and want to be close to everything in Ortigas.

Good to stay

No complimentary essentials. You have to pay 45 peso for you to have toothbrush and slippers.

The staff is polite. The bathroom and bedroom are in good condition. The window can be opened. The restaurant has delicious foods. It has a variety of foods and drinks. There are no water bottles in the room not even a kettle with glasses in the room but there is a water bottle refill station in the lobby which is on the main floor. No disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room.

The room is clean and it is value for money, staffs are great and courteous. I like that they have parking . I think the sheets could be cleaner

Everything was good, except they do not have enough parking. I parked somewhere. Beds are bigger than I expected
