型型英帥靚正！The location is really good. You will see the blue building once you come out from the railway station. However there are a few steps in front of the hotel, which make it a little bit inconvenient for travellers with heavy luggage. The room is spacious with the window overlooking the trains passing by. It is not a bit noisy when the window is closed though you may feel the vibration. The furniture is a bit old. The shower area is slippery, and so be careful when taking the shower.

TTamu**Wonderful Stay at Gaia Hotel Basel!** We had an excellent stay at Gaia Hotel Basel. The hotel's commitment to sustainability was impressive and evident in every detail. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful eco-friendly touches. We loved the delicious breakfast with organic and locally sourced options, and the convenient location near the train station made exploring Basel easy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Gaia Hotel Basel perfectly combines comfort, sustainability, and great service. We highly recommend it and would happily stay again on our next visit to Basel!

TTamuOur first visit to the lovely city of Basel and the hotel is well situated on Clarastrasse, which was just a short 10-minute tram ride from the Basel SBB main train station. It is well connected to many parts of the city with the tram stop just a minute from the entrance. There is a Coop supermarket and a nice Klara food court with a great atmosphere for meals on the same stretch. The room was clean, bright and spacious for our family of 2 adults and a 8yo. We slept very well as there was no noise our room faced a residential courtyard. Lastly, kudos to the warm reception we experienced at check-in and check-out. Thank you for an overall lovely 2 nights at the Pullman. We will choose to stay here on our next trip to wonderful Basel.

TTamuI made a reservation through Trip.com for 1 night (2 days), but upon arrival the hotel informed me that it was booked as 2 nights (3 days), which would result in additional charges. Later, the hotel told me they would correct it to 1 night (2 days) and that no extra charges would be applied. They also took my card for deposit purposes but assured me that no payment would be made. However, on July 14th, I was charged twice: CHF 30 and CHF 46.8. Could you please clarify why these charges were made and arrange for a refund if they were charged in error?

TTamuVery beautiful hostel in Basel. Best quality/value coherence. Super green and stylish design. You have a lot of space where to rest: lobby, terrace or garden. I lived in the quadrille room on the second floor. Shower and toilet are located on a general floor, nor in your private room, but still place is spacious and you have a lot of variants where to go

BBiene MajaMy first time at this hotel that was recommended to me by my fiends. This house has an interesting history - that’s why we came. We found the entrance by car only after circling the property but were greeted very friendly in the lobby. The first 30 min parking are free. There were 7 parking lots outside and more in a parking garage under the restaurant. Parking over night is CHF 22.. The hotel is quiet but located near the Spalentor. At the check in we got a tourist card to use all public transportation for free. There is a tea and coffee making facility in a nicely decorated room on the floor. For elderly guests the hotel should have in the shower a anti slip floor and bigger waste bins. The fan in the room helped against the heat. Breakfast was good.
