Radisson Blu Hotel, Basel

I had a really pleasant stay at the Radisson Blu in Basel and was very happy with the overall experience. For a city like Basel, I found the price to be very reasonable, especially considering the location and quality of the hotel. The location is one of the biggest advantages. The hotel is right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring Basel. It is also close to the Rhine River, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within easy reach. I really enjoyed being able to walk around the city without needing to rely on transportation all the time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, I think this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for a major Swiss city where accommodation can be quite expensive. Great central location, comfortable rooms, and a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Basel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in the city center.

It’s located right next to the tram station which was super convenient to get to the main train stop. They had lovely friendly staff and we got a small treat and flavored water while we were waiting for check in. They also give you a card to travel around the city on the public transport. Breakfast was also really good!!

It was a very good stay. fast checking in and out. Staffs are friendly. Sauna and Indoor Swimming pool are good z

The superior room for couples don’t even have a double bed.It is instead two single when we ordered a double bed

Poor quality mattress and pillow that is old. No bath robe, toiletries and bedroom slippers. They didn’t bother to top up water, coffee or tea on subsequent days. Did not consistently clear the trash. Not a nice feeling when returning from a long day of meetings, to see that the room is not cleaned up.

Lovely ambience and excellent staffs, situated in very convenient location to Train Station and well connected to all the tourist attractions by bus and trams. Enjoyed staying in Raddison Blue.

Clean and neat. All you would expect for Radisson Blu. Location wise not the best - if you are coming over from Basel SBB it takes quite a walk from there, difficult if you are with big luggage.

Hotel services and foods are good. Facilities and qualities are good.

The facilities were clean,housekeeping were friendly and respectful,wi fi was very functional,Bartenders and receptionist were friendly and helpful,i wont forget Rufat and Melina for their kind gestures at the bar.😊
