🚫 Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! 👎 Extremely rude customer service! They promised to send us the day pass for transportation and sightseeing, but in the end, they never did. 😤 This caused us to pay an additional 30 CHF for transportation. Luckily, we didn’t foolishly wait for the pass to arrive; otherwise, it would have been an even bigger waste of money and time. 💸 🚪 To make matters worse, the bathroom light was broken, forcing us to keep the door open and use a flashlight 🔦 just to freshen up. Absolutely unacceptable. ⚠️ If you enjoy unpleasant surprises and unnecessary expenses, feel free to give this place a try. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service came to the rescue 🙏, or it would have been an even bigger disaster.

Fetid odor - avoid!! Overpowering, embedded odor rendered the space unlivable.

No WiFi, No A/C, spotty email for apt No. And access code. Clean small bed, no shower curtain. Shower was off the kitchen, not in the bathroom. It was clean enough but we slept with the window open because it was so hot. We chose to for the price. It was very inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
