PPengguna AnonimHotel ini berjarak sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta api pusat dan stasiun bus yang nyaman jika Anda bepergian ke tempat lain seperti Konigssee dan Hallstatt. Hotel ini sedikit lebih jauh dari tempat wisata utama Salzburg, sekitar 15 menit berjalan kaki. Tidak ada pintu untuk kamar mandi dan ada kaca tembus pandang antara kamar tidur dan kamar mandi, tidak terlalu pribadi jika Anda bepergian dengan orang lain. Kamar mandi dan toilet terpisah. Tersedia tirai elektronik di luar jendela, yang menjaga sedikit privasi dari kamar ke luar. Air minum hanya tersedia di lantai dasar di luar bagian penerima tamu. Bagian penerima tamu membantu tetapi dibandingkan dengan pengalaman saya sebelumnya, tidak terasa sangat ramah. Ada restoran dan toko kios 24 jam di sekitar hotel.

MMomo amoCheck in done by two very professional and pleasant gentleman which is a great start. We had questions regarding traffic arrangements to Hallstatt and they were very helpful. Overall a great stay though we need to take bus to get to most of the places but the bus stop is just around the corner

JJay Rh.The hotel was more conveniently located for public transportation (trolleybus) to Salzburg city center than I had expected. Many lines pass right in front of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall and supermarket next door, where we could easily purchase groceries during our stay.
Despite the hotel being very busy and crowded with guests, the staff at the reception desk and the breakfast restaurant were all friendly and attentive.
The view from the hotel lobby was also very nice.
One neutral point is that the hotel's entrance sign on Sterneckstrasse could be improved. We spent about two minutes walking around the building trying to find the entrance. Perhaps you could consider adding more signage or a clearer indication of where the entrance is?
Unfortunately, I encountered some issues that overshadowed these positive aspects.
Having had a very satisfying experience at a BW hotel in Bologna, Italy (which I hadn’t expected much from since it was just a one-night stay during a road trip, but everything from the breakfast to the bed and interior was fantastic), I had high expectations for this BW Plus hotel as well. Since I visited during a busy tourist season, I didn’t expect an early check-in and everything seemed fine until I entered the room in the evening.
First, I found what appeared to be traces of a previous guest in the toilet—yes, a small spot of something brown. It was tiny, less than a quarter the size of a fingernail, but it was still noticeable. I have poor eyesight and often get scolded by my wife for not noticing things like this.
I also noticed similar dried brown stains on the bathroom floor, which I assumed were the same thing.
The showerhead had limescale and mold, which didn’t leave a good impression. These are issues that could be easily resolved with a bit of bleach, and I thought it would be nice if the housekeeping staff paid more attention to such details.
The most disappointing thing was the pillow filling, which I’ll simply attach a photo of here.
Many guests, especially those from Asia, praised the breakfast highly in Google reviews, so I had some expectations. However, having stayed at many hotels in Europe, I didn’t find it particularly special. In terms of taste, I would rate it around 70-80 out of 100.
(To be specific, I would compare it to breakfast at other four-star hotels like the Grand Hotel International Prague or the Holiday Inn City in Düsseldorf)
In conclusion, despite these issues, I still want to give the hotel a 4-star rating.
This is because I was able to book a room just two weeks before my trip for a rate of around 150 euros per night, which is quite reasonable during peak season in this area. I am confident that with a little more attention to cleanliness and room hygiene, this hotel could quickly improve its customer satisfaction.
Despite the concerns about hygiene, I was overall satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
This review is written not as a criticism but as a form of encouragement.
