Hotel dekat Jembatan Mozart, Salzburg

Belok kiri saja saat Anda keluar dari stasiun kereta, dan Anda bisa melihat pegunungan yang tertutup salju di kejauhan dari kamar. Ada banyak bus dari terminal bus di lantai bawah menuju kota tua, dan sangat hemat biaya menggunakan Kartu Salzburg untuk berkunjung. Ada episodenya: saat reservasi, foto kamar salah. Ternyata gambar kamar superior hanya ada satu kamar di hotel. Kamar twin klasik yang sebenarnya akan terlihat seperti yang ada di foto saya. Saya menghubungi layanan pelanggan Ctrip dan menerima balasan sesegera mungkin. Masalahnya diselesaikan tepat waktu melalui komunikasi. Maklum, karena perbedaan waktu, saat saya check in di malam hari, di China sudah tengah malam. Bisa membalas dan menyelesaikan masalah secepatnya sungguh membuat saya merasa nyaman hari!

Check in done by two very professional and pleasant gentleman which is a great start. We had questions regarding traffic arrangements to Hallstatt and they were very helpful. Overall a great stay though we need to take bus to get to most of the places but the bus stop is just around the corner

Hotel ini cukup jauh dari pusat kota, yang membuat perjalanan ke sana kemari agak sulit. Namun, stafnya benar-benar luar biasa—ramah, penuh perhatian, dan selalu siap membantu. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan terawat dengan baik, yang membuat kami merasa nyaman menginap di sana meskipun lokasinya sulit. Jika Anda tidak keberatan berada agak jauh dari tempat wisata utama, ini adalah tempat menginap yang bagus karena layanan dan kebersihannya yang sangat baik.

Tidak benar-benar memiliki pengalaman yang baik dalam hal ini, tetapi syukurlah Trip memberikan sedikit kompensasi. Pastikan mereka mengirimkan kode pin untuk memasuki hotel setidaknya 3 hari sebelumnya atau teruslah mengirim email dan menelepon sebelum Anda tiba. Tidak ada pekerja yang semuanya otomatis jika Anda tiba dan tidak memiliki kode untuk dimasukkan, Anda terlantar! Ya, ada telepon untuk dihubungi, tetapi saya tidak yakin mengapa teleponnya tidak berfungsi dengan baik!! Saya menelepon 7 kali hanya untuk 1 kali mereka mengangkat telepon. Dan akhirnya setelah menunggu dalam cuaca dingin selama 30 menit, mereka memberi tahu saya kode pin untuk dimasukkan. Sangat sulit untuk menghubungi hotel, mungkin karena saya tidak menggunakan nomor telepon lokal. Menghubungi Trip dan mereka sendiri tidak dapat menghubungi mereka tepat waktu. Menurut hotel, seharusnya ada email dari mereka dengan instruksi dan kode. 2. Ya, saya suka konsep tidak ada orang yang check in tetapi setidaknya meninggalkan seperti ipad atau layar untuk tamu untuk memeriksa dan menghubungi??? 3. Kamarnya bagus, tirainya otomatis. Bersih dan ada TV pintar. Syukurlah mereka punya lift. Selain 'nomor PIN' untuk masuk check in, semuanya baik-baik saja.

The hotel was more conveniently located for public transportation (trolleybus) to Salzburg city center than I had expected. Many lines pass right in front of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall and supermarket next door, where we could easily purchase groceries during our stay. Despite the hotel being very busy and crowded with guests, the staff at the reception desk and the breakfast restaurant were all friendly and attentive. The view from the hotel lobby was also very nice. One neutral point is that the hotel's entrance sign on Sterneckstrasse could be improved. We spent about two minutes walking around the building trying to find the entrance. Perhaps you could consider adding more signage or a clearer indication of where the entrance is? Unfortunately, I encountered some issues that overshadowed these positive aspects. Having had a very satisfying experience at a BW hotel in Bologna, Italy (which I hadn’t expected much from since it was just a one-night stay during a road trip, but everything from the breakfast to the bed and interior was fantastic), I had high expectations for this BW Plus hotel as well. Since I visited during a busy tourist season, I didn’t expect an early check-in and everything seemed fine until I entered the room in the evening. First, I found what appeared to be traces of a previous guest in the toilet—yes, a small spot of something brown. It was tiny, less than a quarter the size of a fingernail, but it was still noticeable. I have poor eyesight and often get scolded by my wife for not noticing things like this. I also noticed similar dried brown stains on the bathroom floor, which I assumed were the same thing. The showerhead had limescale and mold, which didn’t leave a good impression. These are issues that could be easily resolved with a bit of bleach, and I thought it would be nice if the housekeeping staff paid more attention to such details. The most disappointing thing was the pillow filling, which I’ll simply attach a photo of here. Many guests, especially those from Asia, praised the breakfast highly in Google reviews, so I had some expectations. However, having stayed at many hotels in Europe, I didn’t find it particularly special. In terms of taste, I would rate it around 70-80 out of 100. (To be specific, I would compare it to breakfast at other four-star hotels like the Grand Hotel International Prague or the Holiday Inn City in Düsseldorf) In conclusion, despite these issues, I still want to give the hotel a 4-star rating. This is because I was able to book a room just two weeks before my trip for a rate of around 150 euros per night, which is quite reasonable during peak season in this area. I am confident that with a little more attention to cleanliness and room hygiene, this hotel could quickly improve its customer satisfaction. Despite the concerns about hygiene, I was overall satisfied with my stay at this hotel. This review is written not as a criticism but as a form of encouragement.
