Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, with only a few positive aspects worth mentioning.
The main advantage of this hotel is its convenient location, as it is situated near a train station, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the regular refill of the minibar, which was a nice touch.
However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The reception staff (lady) were not welcoming and did not greet guests with a smile, which gave a poor first impression. More concerning was the lack of proper support when we encountered a problem with the room heating. Despite multiple attempts to adjust it ourselves, it did not work. When we reported this to the reception (lady), the staff’s response was unhelpful and came across as dismissive, as if we did not know how to use the system. Although another staff member (guy) mentioned they would check on it, the issue was never resolved. As a result, we had to endure two very cold nights.
Additionally, the bathroom design was impractical. The shower had no door, causing water to splash all over the bathroom floor. On top of that, housekeeping did not consistently replace bath towels, which was inconvenient.
In summary, while the location and some housekeeping aspects were good, the service quality and room facilities need significant improvement.
