Firstly this hotel is more like a 3/4 star, not the 5* Jet2 advertised it as, the hotel was clean, the employees very friendly but the best part of the hotel for us was the amazing seaviews. If you have milk with your tea/ coffee, make sure you get some from the restaurant as it isn't supplied in the room with the coffee and tea, and when I questioned this with the housekeeper, they brought us a glass of milk to our room, but wanted to charge 150tl, so I told him to take it back. On another occasion we went to take a shower before going for our evening meal, and realised housekeeping had removed our towels, but not replaced them, I went to reception at 6pm to ask for towels, as we were needing a shower, and that non had been left, I was told they would sort it, but we never received any more towels until the housekeeper came the day after, so we had to use our robes to dry ourselves. The hotel doesn't really cater for UK guests, and if you expect anything remotely English for breakfast, the closest thing you'll get is toast, boiled, fried or scrambled egg, which was tasteless on the 1 occasion we tried it, but we always had plenty to choose from for our evening meal, and we were never disappointed with the taste and quality. Now to the entertainment, we arrived on the friday and the board showed that it was golden oldies, all we got was a lady coming round with a clip board and A4 piece of paper, asking us to write a song down, which a guy would then put into his laptop, and play through the speaker...if I wanted to listen to my songs I'd have listened to one of the many I already have in my phone. Saturday was showing as hit parade, but got the woman with the clipboard again, Sunday there was nothing, Monday clipboard again, Tuesday was a guy singing, that showed as starting at 9pm til 11pm, he started at 10.15 and his backing music was overpowering his voice, but again not singing in English, so we left, Wednesday was karaoke, but again not catered for UK guests as it was all non English, so again we left...Thursday we didn't even bother checking what was meant to be on as we'd had enough by this stage, so we paid the extra 10 euros each for the al la carte restaurant, which was delicious and nothing like the buffet, as people jad stated in previous teviews i had read We book our holidays based on the entertainment, Jet2 stated the hotel has 6 or 7 different things for entertainment, which never materialised, so after our evening meal the evening became boring, and we were going back to our room at roughly 10pm. If you fancied a cocktail, they only supplied ones that had vodka or gin in, I asked for a Pina colada, and was told it would be 350tl, so we stuck to the ones free with all inclusive We definitely wouldn't consider going back here unless the virtually non existent entertainment was vastly improved, and wouldn't recommend anyone from the UK going here until they start catering a lot more for the UK guests
