Very good and budget friendly hotel for solo travellers. Room is same as shown in the picture. I stayed 3 nights there from March 7, 2025 to March 10, 2025.

The room was dirty there was hair in the room and also the towel and bed sheets had stains on them. The hot water didn't work because it was broken then I complained and they repaired it. There are no amenities even for the hair dryer you have to go to the front desk and ask for it and you have to return it after use because other people also need it. The juice photo that I posted is a mistake by the staff we ordered mango juice but I don't know what they gave us after I asked them to return the money but they refused. For compensation they cooked a meal. This hotel is only good because of the location!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly strategic—convenient yet tucked away from the noise, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was both spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to unwind. On top of that, the great views added to the overall experience, making the stay even more enjoyable. For anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

I got a room with the windows facing the road, and that did not add to a positive experience at all. I can tolerate the normal sound of traffic, but occasionally, throughout the night, there will be very loud vehicle sounds passing through, and that would wake me up like 3-4 times. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to change the room as the hotel was fully booked. The location is great. The breakfast was subpar, but fulfilling, the room was very worn down tbh, with a very visible parquet flooring's damage. I think it's a great hotel for those with a budget and wants to stay near to the heart of Bukit Bintang, but I will not return as I value stuff this hotel isn't able to offer.
