Ulasan Fenicius Charme Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is so small that no one can get through it after opening the suitcase. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was almost non-existent and I almost used up the data on the data card I bought within 3 days. Because the two of us had different entry and exit times, I asked them to give me a second room card. Why didn't they give it to me? They said they didn't have this rule. I kept asking again and again and finally gave it after asking three times. He also said that if you lose it, you will be fined 5 euros! It's understandable that there is no toothbrush in the room. It's environmentally friendly, but when I asked for it at the front desk, I was told there wasn't one. I have to run out to buy a toothbrush by myself at 11 o'clock in the evening! The area where the hotel is located is not good either. Later I met my friends from Lisbon and they said that they would never come here if they had nothing to do. The shops next to it were all Indian shops. Also, Ctrip’s official first photo is not of their hotel. I was also attracted by this photo at first. Anyway, this hotel is a mess.
