The room is actually big but could be a little cleaner. The location is not great but the price is pretty alright.

Overall, the hotel staff was friendly and efficient; however, the rooms were located one floor above the KTV, which made it quite noisy for most of the night.

The floor and wall paint is a little old and falling apart, but the toilet and shower are spacious, clean and good quality and the bed was confy and clean. The location is a little in the middle of nowhere but the shops and side road restaurants nearby are nice.

There is no wifi in the rooms. The staff at the reception is not helpful and struggles a lot with English.

Had a very pleasant stay. Very quick check-in & check-ou procedure. Kind & friendly staff and many food stands and eatery’s that stay open till the early hours in the morning.

If you just need somewhere to lay your head because you missed the last train at GZ South Railway Station (like I did), then fine. If comfort and cleanliness are priorities for you, then maybe consider looking further afield. The person on front desk was super friendly and helpful though.

The room is well-equipped, not new overall. The room has no windows. It takes several turns to get from the elevator to the room. There is a KTV upstairs. You can hear faint noises late at night. People who require quietness should consider it. There are restaurants around. It is very convenient. It is about a 20-minute walk from the subway station.

I strongly recommend not to stay here. The room does not match the picture. I ordered a room with a window, in the end they gave me a room with a view of the wall. The room was dirty, there was a lot of hair in the shower, water on the floor. Bad sewage, the water does not drain for a long time. It is also very noisy here! There is a karaoke bar on the floor below the hotel. Very poor soundproofing! Also, drunk people can make noise and listen to loud music for a long time on the street. It is impossible to sleep in this hotel! Disgusting!!!

The environment and sanitation are very poor. The floor is covered with cardboard and there are pits. The points redemption said that the room type was upgraded, but there was no change. The air conditioner and TV were broken when we entered the room. They took a long time to repair. We checked in at around 10 o'clock. At first, they called and said they would come to fix the air conditioner in about 15 minutes. I waited for half an hour and they still didn't come. Later, they repaired the things until 12 o'clock. The points redemption delayed the check-out to 3 o'clock, and said we had to check out at 2 o'clock.

A good hotel may provide a gym, swimming pool or other recreational facilities to enrich guests' leisure life.
