This hotel was dedicated to kids ..it has a lots of playground indoor and outdoor for free.the view from room was spectacular amazing and this hotel area was huge..it has mini zoo,sled area,camping zone and lake ..the only hotel in town ..better than Ramada ..

I had a good night's sleep. The ondol room is warm, the hot water comes out well, and it's clean and nice. I also feed the animals and play well like Jukdoli at the kids' cafe.

1. Choose the family connected room - The room is smaller than I thought, and the TV is a bit small. 2. I filled the bathtub with water to take a half-body bath, but the plug was loose.ㅠ 3. I tried to open the veranda door in the morning, but I couldn't bring myself to lower it because I was afraid the handle would break.. 4. There are sheep and animals around, so it's great to bring a baby. 5. It seems easier to manage the website reservation than Trip.com reservation...

I made a reservation while taking the kids skiing~ First of all, the rooms, lobby, and Kika were all clean and nice~ The animal farm was also clean and nice~ The bedding and heating were good. However, the immature front desk staff's response was disappointing.

It was a place I visited often, and I was able to make a reservation the day before the ***** New Year holiday, so I was able to rest well while looking at the snow. It seems to be a better place for families with children rather than couples.

If you have a family with children, you should definitely go there even if it's far away. I went to Daegwallyeong Sheep Ranch before going, but it was a waste of time. Kensington is the best.

The location is great and the garden is especially beautiful. It's great value for money. However, if the room is remodeled a little more, it would be perfect. I'm satisfied.

It was the perfect hotel to travel with children. The swimming pool, sauna, kids lounge, animal feeding, etc. made 1 night and 2 days feel too short. Overall, it was cleanly managed, and there were many things for children to experience, so it was great. I definitely plan to visit again.

While looking for a travel destination that I could walk to with my mom, I came across the Kensington Hotel with its beautiful garden. Seriously, the different gardens still dazzle my eyes in the morning, lunch, and dinner!! I thought it would be different in each season, so I said let's come again!! I would 200% visit again❤️ After only seeing the tall buildings in Seoul, it was really healing to come to Pyeongchang where the mountains and the sky are beautifully in harmony!! There's also a kids' cafe and a swimming pool, so I think it's the best for families with children!!👍

Considering the price, I think this hotel is truly the best value for money. If you want a cost-effective healing hotel in nature, I recommend it.

I had to make a hotel reservation in a hurry because it was a sudden trip. It is said to be a 5-star hotel, but the cleanliness and facilities are very old, so it doesn't seem to be a top 5. Check-in took over an hour, and there were many immature parts!! The hotel's indoor pool is small and seems to be suitable for children to play in. The garden was very pretty and nice ^^

I visited often and it was nice to have it renovated.

I was satisfied with the food, accommodation, etc., but the parking management did not take any responsibility at all and thought it was someone else's problem. I checked out at 9 AM and tried to get my car out of the underground parking lot, but there was a car right in front that was not in neutral gear, so I couldn't get my car out. I made a suggestion to the front desk, but 1. It was an unregistered car, so I couldn't identify the driver. 2. When I asked if I could find the driver by broadcasting the license plate number, they said that it was not possible due to customer satisfaction (I am also a customer...) 3. I called a tow truck directly and they said that the customer who called the tow truck should pay the towing fee - I protested and they told me to call 119 4. When I called 119, they said that it was not an emergency 5. When I called, they said that I could not enter private property - I protested and they said that they would call the police again 6. After an hour, the problem was not resolved and I asked them to call the person in charge directly, but they only called and apologized - This situation was on February 4th between 09:00 and 10:10 AM at the front desk 7. They took pictures of the parked cars on both sides and showed them, called the owner, moved one car, and then left 8. I used the accommodation with the implicit agreement that the customer could move the car at any time, but Pyeongchang Kensington has no will to resolve and has not come up with any way to resolve the basic requirements. And they were like, "You, the customer, should figure it out yourself.": I'm very upset and I'm telling all my friends not to stay at that hotel and promoting it.
