Women at the front desk the day I arrived made my day. Friendly & helpful. Made my stay quite enjoyable.

The front desk staff were very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was a bit cold and oily. It was mentioned that it’s from 6:30 to 10 but went down at a quarter after 9 but the chef said that’s it’s close. Accessible transportation as it is littering the hotel

The staffs are friendly and helpful, room is clean and pillows doesn’t smell…the only issue is that the lift and stairs are too near, people tend to trip when coming out of the lift…

The smell of sigatettes in a non smoking hotel and the precensce of ashtrays is a no-go! I don't understand why people need to smoke when smoking is not allowed. Breakfast was good value for money.

The rooms may have been newly refurnished, but the building itself is old. We stayed here during a typhoon and the old window started leaking. Fortunately we could move into another room. The hotel has a washing machine for guests, which is convenient. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but unfortunately it was broken. Staff were helpful with ordering a taxi.

The hotel is on the edge of the old city. There is a small white car at the door that can go to West Street, Kaiyuan Temple, and Bell Tower. The room is newly renovated, spacious, clean, no odor, the service attitude is very good, and there are many varieties of breakfast, which are local flavors.

The experience was very bad. The room next door was very noisy. It was useless to report it to the hotel front desk. The front desk service was not as good as last year. I will not stay here again.

In order to give you a better experience, the front desk specially upgraded you two levels to the Yunyue King Bed for free. The next day was Friday and many guests had made reservations. All the rooms had been booked and occupied. You came in the evening and asked to change to a room with no guests on both sides. The front desk could no longer meet your request. You said that the guests next door were noisy, so the front desk asked the room staff to communicate with the guests and deal with it in a timely manner. If you are sensitive to noise when sleeping, you can make your request when checking in. The hotel waiter will provide you with a room away from the noise source according to your preferences, so that you can sleep soundly. During your stay, the hotel will sincerely provide you with timely services.
