We recently booked 2 rooms. We had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn NEC Birm, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The warm and welcoming staff made us feel at home when we walked in. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was immediately impressed with the hotel's modern, clean, and stylish decor. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The selection was varied, fresh, and delicious. The dining area was bright and inviting, making it a great start to the day. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Whether you’re looking to explore the city or just relax in a peaceful environment, this hotel offers the best of both worlds. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any requests. Their customer service truly stood out and added to the overall positive experience.

Very nice hotel close to the Airport and Train Station (about ~ 30 minutes walk). The rooms are spacious, the staff is very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was the highlight. So much to choose from (full English buffet style or something sweet or healthy). Would stay again 🙂

My time here was relaxing,I got to rest so much and the breakfast every morning was a plus. I enjoyed every bit of my mornings here. Thank you for having us until another time.

Everything was great about this hotel. Lisa was very friendly and explained everything in details from checkout to breakfast and parking. Parking is paid but had discount so it was £12 a day which is not bad. Breakfast was decent and pancakes were tasty. Overall a good experience and will recommend.

Booked this hotel for night before my flight home. The walk from the train station was about 30mins I walked it on way there then took a uber next morning which was only £5 definitely do that next time both ways. Staff was pleasent although had to pay for my room on checking in even though I'd booked through trip. Com and paid them. Had a couple drinks in the bar and breakfast next day which was perfect and plenty of it. I'd definitely book again as I'd saved £60 on the cheapest hotel beside airport and got a good breakfast the next day for free.

The breakfast was okey and location is good if you need to reach NEC . Unfortunately didn’t enjoy my stay cause the room is not sound proof and very dark . You can hear everything and it’s loud all night.

The room was cold and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work, so switched it off to stop the cold air. There was a small convection heater which provided a little warmth. There was an all night party next door, which was still going on at 6am, when I got up. Apart from that, the bed was comfortable, there was a decent shower and plenty of choice for breakfast. I've stayed in HEI before and they're normally pretty reliable.

The decor is refreshingly recent , not something you'd expect all the time at British airport hotels. It was the friendliest check-in experience in a long time. The room was impeccably clean and all the mod cons available . The only downer was the location, it is about 1.5 miles from the BHX airport and in order to get to the hotel you walk past a halting site on one side and a lorry staging post on the other. But hey , you can't have it all. Like with a person - it's what's within that counts.

Booked for 4 people and the room is like a sardines can.. 2 adults 2 children in a double and a aso called double pull out bed that's actually a single. Had previous people's stuff under the bed and an uncleaned toilet. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel as it was just to small.

Ok Normal Hotel

Stayed at this hotel earlier this year but this time the room in the ground floor was a little tired. The bed was too hard and the breakfast was average with hot food only being warm at best.

To have your breakfast there is mission impossible
