It’s a decent hotel. You get what you pay for. It suited me and my girlfriend as we are a young couple and it’s location was very good for its price. It’s a small hotel so there was never any rush to the pool for sun beds , it has a lovely pool area. We only ate one time at the pool and it was decent food and priced fairly. The negatives of this accommodation came from the lack of cleaning the rooms. We stayed for a week and the maids came most days but for some reason they only changed the towels 2 times the whole week. Me and my partner didn’t bother making a fuss about this but I don’t know how east of an issue it is to resolve based on pervious reviews. The only other negative I have is that the staff constantly have changing attitudes. At the start very pleasant, then towards the end just acted very sarcastically for no reason and was very abrupt in his answers. Overall it’s an average hotel in decent location

The guest services were good but the rooms had a lot of mosquitoes. Our room couldn’t reach Wi-Fi, and there wasn’t any noise isolation, also at the fridge it wasn’t available any bottle of water. Last but not least the room wasn’t very clean and had a bad smell. We don’t recommended is not value for money.

What a warm welcome and helpful staff . I really cannot recommend this place enough with a pool large apar**ents plenty of facilities and bar , restaurant and great music. The staff were all lovely and I can’t wait to get back ! Don’t forget the pool party on Sunday which I loved also . Location is good nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Kos town but not far from bus main station .

Siamo stati una settimana in questa struttura. Eravamo 8 e ci sono stati assegnati 2 studios da 4 posti (stesso prezzo). Una famiglia si è vista assegnare un app.to sull'ala più nuova dell'edificio, abbastanza ampio e passabile. Noi al piano terra (anzi leggermente al di sotto del piano strada) con spazi invivibili con una fortissima umidità e conseguente cattivo odore. Circondati da stanze assegnate a ragazzi che avevano orari da discoteca e facevano chiasso. Sono pure passati dal ns terrazzino per raggiungersi tra loro. Attrezzatura minimal. Avevamo chiesto, molto prima di arrivare, di avere stanze contigue all'altra famiglia, ci avevano risposto via mail che avrebbero cercato di accontentarci ma niente. Quando ci siamo lamentati del cattivissimo odore di umido chiedendo altra sistemazione ci hanno rimandato all'indomani e questo per 4 giorni consecutivi perché dovevano chiedere ad un fantomatico boss. Ah, per essere cortesi abbiamo partecipato alla festa sulla piscina ...rapporto qualità-prezzo imbarazzante. Posto il video del terrazzino vista Kos (come da prenotazione)...voi la vedete?

Ho trascorso una settimana dal 5 all'11 luglio. Ho prenotato due appartamenti, uno per me e l'altro per mio cognato. Purtroppo uno dei due appartamenti si è rilevato molto diverso dalle aspettative. Situato sotto il livello del manto stradale, aveva un tasso alto di umidità che provocava un odore disgustevole. Ho più volte chiesto di cambiare stanza ma siamo stati presi in giro rimandando sempre al giorno dopo. Neanche Booking è riuscita nell'intento comunicando con la struttura. Alla fine, dopo la segnalazione di Booking, hanno cominciato a non avere più cura di entrambe le stanze, specie nel cambio di asciugamani. Gestori inaffidabili e a caccia di denaro cercando di organizzare pseudo party a bordo piscina (ridicoli). Assolutamente da evitare.

Ottima esperienza in questa residence, abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto, per una settimana, Dimitris la sera e Stellios di giorno sono sempre stati disponibili ed estremamente simpatici e cordiali, belle le serate a bordo piscina, camere dotate di tutto, aria condizionata a pagamento 5€ al giorno, unico difetto, ma nemmeno così negativo, la musica talvolta ad alto volume, ma nulla di drammatico.
