A very nice and no-nonsense concierge. Problem-less check-in. Small capsules but still one can sleep ok. Clean shared bathrooms

Proche de la ville de Jérusalem, à 20min à pied de la vieille ville. Dans la chambre des femmes, je trouvait qu'il manquait un peu de place entre les capsules, difficulté à passer dans le couloir lorsque quelqu'un cherche dans ses affaires. Nombre de douche et toilette pas suffisant pour le nombre de capsule selon moi. 2 douches et 2 toilettes fonctionnelles pour au moins 40 capsules( je n'ai pas compté). Sinon capsule bien insonorisé et Hôtel propre. Je recommande

Jeru Caps hotel was closed when I arrived, nobody inside and all lights off, doors locked. No courtesy call to let me know that they couldn't keep my reservation and they did not respond to email requests. So it's now 3 pm on a weekend (Shabbat about to start soon) and I don't have a place to stay with everything being much more expensive on short notice.

While this was my first capsule and hostel like experience, JeruCaps Hotel was such a lovely stay in Jerusalem. The capsules are spacious and comfortable with ample light and outlets as well as shelf space to store belongings and the bathrooms are well maintained. The staff is beyond helpful and enthusiastic and helped arrange a day tour to Masada and the Dead Sea while the hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the Old City and the must see historical and religious sites that make Jerusalem a truly beautiful and soulful city to visit. Thank you to the staff of JeruCaps Hotel for making a visit to Jerusalem a trip of life time memories and a heartfelt joy!

A most pleasant stay, cozy crawl bed, just perfect for a stay on a budget without comprising the comfort. Nice staff and educated people. Very quiet and clean bathrooms and toilet. Centrally located and the touristic sites are just a walk away to fascinate one's self strolling and getting those legs in shape. A common kitchen and a comfy living room area at the reception. Wifi and serene evenings. Highly recommended. Will visit again with my friends and family. Best regards to JERU HOTEL staff. You are loved.

Superb location and great staff! The Capsules Bedrooms are very clean! Bathrooms also are clean but small! Nice lounge area with free water and a Frigidaire if you would like to store a wine or beer! Very close to the gates of the Old City! Surrounded with restaurants, shoppings and historical sites! I travel alone so it was very convenience for what I needed!

The staff were lovely, the capsule felt spacious and the bed was very comfy as well. I also enjoyed the free coffee and the sitting area in the lobby. It was a bit noisy in the room and The cleaning of the bathrooms and showers could improve but overall a vary nice stay

The Jeru Caps Hotel is an very good, reasonably priced capsule hotel in an excellent location, near Jaffa Road and Ben Yehuda Street, the tram and a 15 minute walk to Old City Jerusalem. Capsules were small but clean and comfortable. Plenty of light and electric sockets to charge devices. Air conditioning and wifi were very good. Bathrooms were clean. Lobby was stylish, spacious, lots of natural light, nicely furnished and a great place to meet people Coffee and tea available all day. Guests had access to a small fridge. Small open air 2nd floor balcony was nice Staff were great. Alexandra, Maura, Mohammed and others all helped me in different ways. Their efforts were much appreciated. Felt like a home away from home. Great value for those travelling on a budget. I recommend making a reservation in advance as hotel was very busy and fully booked several nights I was there.

The capsule hostel is great. For me it’s well maintained. Staffs constantly checking the cleanliness of toilet and common area. Friendly staffs gave me really good tour of hostel. I have good impression thanks to Zehava. Location is just amazing that you have everything around and so close to old city and tram station for sightseeing. I would totally recommend for people travelling in Jerusalem on a budget. However, remember it is a hostel so you will still have all kinds of people staying with you. Maybe not suitable for light sleeper. Space wise might be tight for some, but it’s good to be in capsule to have privacy instead of covered by thin curtain. There are locker and shoes rack as well so no need to worry about your valuables as long as it’s locked.

Excelente place for a shared accommodation. Jeru Capsule is new, clean and gives you privacy. Not claustrophobic for me as many of my friends asked. I am 1.58m tall so plenty room for me. I was travelling on my own and stayed there for 1 night but another guest that I met was there for 6 nights said that it was perfect for her too. I stayed in the "ladies only" area I felt secured with my belongings. Spacious locker under the Capsule I think it is as long as the bed. Bed sheet smells nice and clean, bed is comfortable, air-con, USB charger it is not completely sound proof but I was next door to the toilet so more people walk passed. There is also a little table to fold over the bed, mine wasn't opening but I didn't use it and forgot to tell the reception about it. I could help myself with tea and coffee (no milk). I walked all the way from Jerusalem Central Station, it took about 40min as I was stopping to take pictures, but there is a surface train that takes you there. I would stay there again.
