It was indeed a nice hotel to stay with good proximity to the airport but if I can ask one improvement point, I hope its swimming pool to be avaialble from earlier than 7AM.

IHG crowne plaza was a good and relaxing stay for me. The location of the hotel beside the national highway is a major plus as airport and major places in gurgaon are just few miles away. Great hospitality by the staff as well.

The housekeeping service has been impeccable. The duration of my stay was 3 weeks and every single day after work, I returned to a room that was looking exactly the same. Everything was cleaned, replaced and replenished perfectly! Miton paid such close attention to detail and did a fantastic job with a lovely beaming smile on his face always.

Room was cleaned by a gentleman called Miton. My wife and I were really impressed the way the room was cleaned, and the way everything was laid out when we came back later in the day. Miton is very exceptional and a great asset to the hotel. I had one pair of washed shorts that the gentleman hung on a wire and shoes laid out immaculately. Great service.

The house keeping staff was very prompt & forthcoming in ensuring rooms are kept uptodate every day. Mr Bhupendra Joshi from housekeeping needs special mention for his hardwork & cheerful attitude even at the end of the day. Similarly, Mr Vikas from Swimming pool/ Gym has been dedicated & helpfull towards guests visiting the pool/gym. Stay was comfortable & enjoyable. Thank you all.

i had a good stay in this hotel and nothing to complain about. There is a wide spread of indian cuisine for breakfast spread. The only thing that i think improvement needed is on the water heater for the shower. The hot water is inconsistent and half way of shower tok may get a chill due to sudden surge of cold water. The hotel seems to be standalone and there is no malls or convenient store around. This is the down side of the hotel location.

What an amazing spread of delicacies and what amiable services. This is what my heart calls out whenever I am reminded of my evening spent at Cafe G at the Crowne plaza. The beautiful decor and the variety of starters , main course, desserts and what not was just out of the world।

Stay was very good, food is excellent, staff are welcoming and courteous. I would like to special mention Ankita. Nikita and Manisha for the assistance. Property is beautiful, rooms are clean with spacious bathroom. View from the rooms are exceptional.

I had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive special mentioned Manisha from guest relations,making sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. The dining options were fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was one of the best I’ve experienced. The hotel’s location was also ideal, close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. Overall, the Crowne Plaza provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury—making it a truly memorable experience!
