Right in the center of Ortigas, close to everything, restaurants, cafes, malls and offices.

Room was nice and big, spacious. The big work/office table was beside the window with a nice view of Exquandra Tower. Hotel was close to Metro Tent Convention center where we had a conference for 3days. Hotel is in a very convenient location. Serenitea and Lawson and Uncle John’s on ground floor. Thank you! it was a good peaceful stay ;)

It’s nice naman and malinis maganda yung view na makkita. I like it.

Pros: Nice night city view. Frontdesk people are very accomodating. CONS aka reasons why we wont book here ever again! Or buying a unit since its also residential. -The elevator is excessively slow. -The bathroom is incredibly cramped! I can hardly squeeze into the shower, and the shower curtain brushes against me while bathing! The bathroom door can't open fully due to the sink blocking it. It's that compact! -Small cockroaches! A lot of them! They infest the bathroom. It's terrifying and gross! Do yourselves a favor and do not book here. Listen to the reviews provided by other guests as well. Dont be like us 🥲

location is near megamall. have convince store at 1st floor．swimming pool and sauna is good. breakfast is good．very quiet place.

1. The room has an unpleasant odor. 2. The Comfort Room is inadequately sized. 3. The presence of tiny cockroaches was observed in the room. 4. The comforter appears unclean. 5. The bed has a hole on one side. 6. The telephone is out of order, requiring guests to personally visit the front desk for assistance or inquiries..

I did not able to check and experience the amenities due to my hectic schedule as I was on a business trip during my stay. I booked for a wrong date and the Trip CSR helped me a lot with this. CSR-Janica manage to assist me to modify the date. I just paid for only Php 662.00. The hotel staff are very accommodating and hospitable. Willing to assist you with their best from the guards to the receptionists. Overall result is I am happy during my stay except the fact that I did not enjoy the amenities due to my busy working schedule.

No bathrobe, unfriendly

Location was good just a short walk to the mall and there was a ministop and cafe next door. The only real complaint was that the bathroom was super small, you had to straddle the toilet to open or close the door. Other than that it was a very nice stay and the staff was always really friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is tired and needs updating, rooms are worn and unclean broken tiles in the bathroom and dirty grouting would not stay here again and certainly wouldn't pay the price for a room here again very expensive poor quality
