Was here for 1 night business trip, Overall OK stay, Receptionist - Brigita was so helpful fulfilling my request on high floor room. I still heard noise from bar across the street in early morning. Anyway room is quite spacious and amenities ok.

Old fashioned hotel with 70's grandeur. A bit of faded glory. We got a free upgrade to a suite (booked executive club). Suite is lackluster but nice and spacious. Outdated bathroom. Breakfast is mainly Asian. Fine. Gym is useless, pool is uninviting. Price-quality is fine. Enough microlets in the street, 6,000 per ride regardless of the distance. Manado itself is quite dirty. Malls are fun to do (I definitely recommend them for the food).

The hotel is 15 km from the airport, in the city center, and needs a taxi, which takes 30 minutes. There is a KFC, a mini supermarket, and a 24-hour convenience store in front, which is very convenient. The hotel is nice and clean.
