Sarannya jangan menginap di hotel ini. Lingkungan sangat buruk. Karpet di koridor dan kamar pengap. Sangat sulit untuk mencium bau dan tidur nyenyak.

It was my first visit to the Hotel in Cairo, and it was an amazing one! The location is convenient, close to the airport and away from the busy area, yet its easy to move around the city because of its centralized location.. Attractions are 20 minutes away by car from it, and this timing is very normal in Cairo due to heavy traffic around... The staff were super, the service was more than amazing, the breakfast varieties were super and very delicious, the pool is clean and staff were super friendly and they always accommodated our requests. The receptionists all of them were great! I cannot find on mistake with their services to be honest... everyone was happy smiling and super helpful! I'm defiantly coming again to this place! I wish you all the best and keep the service amazing always!

Rooms are old or not well maintained. Waiting forever to check-in, even no guests are around because men have their chit-chat with check-in lady. No daily room service.

Room facilities are old but the room is clean. The Crabtree & Evelyn shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are different with other Hilton I stayed. Breakfast is nice and they provide delicious local style food.

I'm usually a huge fan of the Hilton brand, and my expectations were high for my stay at Hilton Heliopolis in Cairo. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with other potential visitors. The first signal of trouble came during check-in. We were informed that our original room was not ready, but we were promised an upgrade to address this delay. Much to our dismay, the "upgraded" room turned out to be nothing more than a regular room. We had been eagerly anticipating the additional features and luxury that an upgrade typically provides, so this was a significant letdown, especially after waiting until 8pm to receive the room we initially booked. Upon waking up the next day, the disappointment continued. Despite the hotel manager’s promise of a welcome box, there was none to be found. This lack of attention to detail was echoed in the incomplete set-up of our room. Our terrace lacked chairs, making it difficult for us to enjoy the space as we had planned. Furthermore, our coffee machine was not replenished with coffee pods; an oversight that caused an underwhelming start to our day. Added to the letdown of the missing amenities, we faced another issue even more fundamental to our stay - we didn't receive our room key. This left us feeling uncomfortable and insecure about our belongings in the room. Most disappointing, however, was the unhelpful and ineffective nature of the staff. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, nothing was rectified during our stay. In conclusion, my experience at Hilton Heliopolis was underwhelming and frustrating, falling drastically short of the high standards I am used to from the Hilton brand. The lack of attention to detail and poor service considerably dampened our stay. Choosing to stay at The Hilton following a hospital visit & an operation the hotel went above & beyond to ensure I was well cared for & looked after. Special mention for Mohamed Ali (Customer Relations) who was very helpful - thanks 😊 Thanks also to House Keeping who cleaned my room & looked after me carefully, nothing was too much & when you're not feeling well their kindness & understanding was much appreciated. We didn't have time to enjoy all the amazing restaurants at the hotel, however the Italian was superb as was the Egyptian, both with excellent staff & service. Room Service Menu extensive, easy to use & the food very fresh & tasty. (If it's such a thing as a complaint, they should clear these trays more frequently & not leave outside your room for so long) All food & beverage is a very reasonable price. Breakfast buffet is extensive, huge variety & Mohamed (Chef) makes a delicious omelet. Hotel is in a great location to access both the city & the airport (free shuttle if required). I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, however as I was in a garden room, did observe & appreciate how well maintained both the pools & gardens are by the ground staff. Overall I would highly recommend this Hilton Hotel.
