Pilihan sarapannya bagus dan hotel menyediakan segelas anggur gratis untuk setiap pelanggan. Pemandian air panas dan dingin di kamar juga bagus. Akan kembali lagi segera.

We like the private onsen in the room. We could do cold or hot plunge according to our liking. The hotel looks great from the exterior, but my room does look a little dated. Love the option of getting extra pillow like latex or memory foam one without extra charge.

Good service provided. Nice hot spring, breakfast until noon time, many choices too, really suit for late awake travellers! Highly recommend to visit Robert y dinasour museum as recent raining expectedly.

Hotel rooms are spacious, private spring bath in the room is definitely a plus point. Location is secluded but eatery and convenience store available in walking distance.

Been here a few times . It’s always peaceful and the hot spring does have a hot sulphur smell unlike the other hot springs in Jiaoxi. Normally when we check in before we get offered lots of help and because we’re here with a baby they would ask if we need bathing stuff for babies as well as a bed mini protection gate/ wall which prevents the little one from falling off the bed. However , this time round we had to ask for these stuff ourselves for the first time! Also, we normally ask for an hour late check out because our toddler usually naps during that time where we would offer to pay for the over time . 3 times they had given us a free extra hour, but this time the woman refused and said I had to pay an extra half day board for an extra hour which is ridiculous. She said it was full, however when I checked availability online they had plenty of room so she was obviously lying. Shame , I used to like this place , now I would reconsider coming here again as the level of service has dropped and we were becoming regulars at one stage !

Everything is nice. The room is clean and cozy. The staff is helpful and efficient in assisting us to check in. The only downside is the hotspring inside the room. The hot pool design is a bit difficult for the elderly to get in.

Quaint town with lots of scenic spot around it.

Excellent hotel, nice view but location is in the city with nothing interesting around.

I have stayed at this hotel before. The bath type is very good and the luxury ocean view room was great. I deducted 1 point because of the breakfast isn’t as good as before. The breakfast dishes change every day. I would have preferred more western style dishes.

食物只係普通到唔普通嘅水準以咁貴嘅價錢唔應該唔應該有這樣嘅出品員工服務非常之好食品真係要改善先可以配合收咁嘅價錢至於溫泉就當然冇得頂啦因為咁嘅價錢都好應該的網上用太多寫手係冇用真材實料才有用我們是真金的我都唔明白點解會咁多人去讚好這酒店的早餐

早餐豐富多彩。每個完房間帶温泉。 頂樓泳池, 温的是温泉水，還可以看日出。 我的房間是朝海，所以可以看到日出，如果天氣好的話….. 晚餐我沒用過，他們推薦的火鍋，住店客人有優惠價。還送紅酒🍷。 然後夜宵，喝到飽 台幣350++（我沒去 因為是在房間裏泡温泉♨️） 蘇澳交通有點不方便，但 這個飯店 離蘇澳轉運站揍5分鐘。
