"Excellent daily healthy breakfast with a wide range of varieties for all in the family to enjoy, and using local fresh ingredients making the start of day something to look forward to! Near food eateries and stores for some local souvenir shopping, convenience stores, and walking distance to train station! We also enjoyed the daily evening complimentary snacks and drinks services including their special tea cocktail. Best of all was their impeccable service. We left our shopping behind after we left the hotel for Taipei, and they kindly arranged for courier to send the items over, wrapped the breakable item nicely with bubble wrap. They also helped us plan for a wonderful and memorable birthday with locally sourced cake and flowers. Everything they did was done with care and love, even for something as simple as making up beds, that they also tucked in the kids' soft toys in cutely. The kids now want to go back to Yilan just for the hotel stay! Definitely the best hotel experience we have had as a family!"

"The location is excellent, the room is clean and newly decorated. Breakfast wasn't included, but there are many restaurants nearby. I booked a double room, but because of the construction noise next door, and with many rooms still available on Monday, the lovely staff at the front desk upgraded me to a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, to extend my stay and get a double room again, I had to pack my luggage and wait until 3 PM to check in, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was great value for money, and I would definitely return."

"I had a fantastic stay this time around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great for sleeping. The front desk staff were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and self-service via QR code, and there's a parking lot available. The location is in Jiaoxi city center; it's a short walk to the main street where you'll find supermarkets and restaurants. The facilities are all very new, and the bathroom has a bathtub with hot spring water, so you can soak whenever you like. The overall quality of the accommodation exceeded my expectations, and the price was very reasonable, even during a long holiday weekend. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again if I visit this city in the future, and I highly recommend it to other travelers."

"We booked Shengpin on a whim after seeing many positive reviews, and Trip.com gave us the best rate. Even over the phone, we could already sense the staff's warmth and friendliness. Upon arrival, we were informed about parking options (both paid and free). The cozy lobby decor instantly captivated our children, who couldn't wait to go upstairs. We stayed in the 'Man Man Wo' room, which featured a large bed and another substantial futon on a tatami platform – perfect for our family. My older daughter loved the hairdryer, and my younger daughter was thrilled with the bathroom. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully bright. The common area was well-equipped with water, tea bags, a coffee machine, and kitchen appliances/utensils for guests. The dining area, with its transparent floor-to-ceiling windows, was very pleasant. Though slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, it's only a 3-minute walk to Tangweigou Hot Spring Park and about 10 minutes to the main street – quite convenient! While there was some chatter from other guests in the evening (which is understandable when people are on holiday!), it generally quieted down by 11 PM. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, promptly addressing any concerns and always proactively resolving issues. We're already looking forward to our next 'return home' – we truly felt at home!"
