"The location is excellent, the room is clean and newly decorated. Breakfast wasn't included, but there are many restaurants nearby. I booked a double room, but because of the construction noise next door, and with many rooms still available on Monday, the lovely staff at the front desk upgraded me to a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, to extend my stay and get a double room again, I had to pack my luggage and wait until 3 PM to check in, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was great value for money, and I would definitely return."

Compared to the fast pace of the group tour, extending our stay at Just Sleep was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I must commend the current service team at the hotel; they are truly outstanding and provide excellent service quality. A big thank you to General Manager Vera Yang for her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and meticulous care. Gina at the front desk always greeted us with a radiant and friendly smile, offering wonderful service. Tony was highly efficient in his assistance, and Cathy in reservations showed great emotional intelligence in understanding and helping us. The hotel's location is perfect. Although it's within the scenic area, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, with lush greenery and a gentle stream – perfect for a leisurely stroll. The breakfast ingredients were clearly carefully selected for their high quality and delicious taste. The hot spring tub in the room is very spacious, complemented by large glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the green trees and distant mountains while soaking – truly relaxing. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Sipping coffee while gazing at the green vegetation outside truly felt blissful. This hotel is truly a highlight of our trip; Just Sleep is fantastic! We look forward to staying here again!"

"This hotel is right on the main street, and the public bath facilities are quite complete. I was on the 6th floor, and there's an elevator. The bathtub is a standard public bath type, and it was reasonably clean. Maybe because of the hot weather, the room was a bit warm. The mattress was okay, but I personally prefer higher pillows. It wasn't noisy and had a window. The space was large. Parking was a bit tight; the hotel parking had a 50% discount. But if you're willing to walk a bit further, there's a Times parking lot across the street that might offer more space. The popular Ikkyu-ken restaurant is also right opposite."
