Tidak dapat menyalahkan layanan hotel yang luar biasa, kamar yang indah dan bersih, happy hour di bar, sarapan 5-7 yang luar biasa, satu hal meskipun tidak ada makanan di malam hari tetapi 10 dari 10 staf secara keseluruhan luar biasa, semuanya sangat ramah, tidak bisa berbuat lebih banyak untuk Anda

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, it's across the street from the beach. The bed here is very low so those having problem with lower bed may not like it. Picture taken from the hotel lobby.

This hotel is fantastic and right opposite the beach. My room was spacious and had a bath, which was a lovely surprise. Great stay, recommended.

Very nice place and really nice looking. The room was a bit hot but was provided with fans. Drinks were reasonably priced. Restaurants looked great but didn't have food there. Would Def go again maybe with a deluxe room next time.

Reception staff were lovely, all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean and welcoming but limited menu for dinner so ate elsewhere. Stairs had steel back plates all the way up which were very dirty and look like they had been splashed, the stair and landing carpet was very badly stained in places which let the hotel down really.

Friendly staff. Something wrong with toilet ventilation, the smell won’t go away for a long time.

Great little hotel, only stayed for the night

Great service from arrival to departure. I'm unlikely to stay in Newquay again but if I did this is where I would want to stay. Thank you NBH ❤

Room was small but apart that nice hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at the OYO Newquay Beach Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was happy to have been upgraded from a single to a double bed accommodation due to high occupancy. The location is good as it's near the railway station (approx 5 mins) and 2 mins from the sea. I enjoyed the food at the elegant restaurant and found it a friendly service.
