I would highly recommend this to you. The location of the hotel is very convenience. Will come again if I come Seoul again.

initially i was very scared of the cleanliness after seeing multiple reviews. but to my surprise, it was ok! and yes the hotel don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. in fact, they’ll inform the guest when checking in. it was due to some government regulatory. not sure why ppl are complaining lol. the hotel location is super duper good – subway station is literally right in front of the hotel, 5 mins walk to myeong dong street food, 2 mins walk to CU. the only reason why i book this hotel because of NETFLIX. i binged watch sky castle 😂🤣 i would definitely book this hotel again for my next trip 😄

The hotel is very good locations and many facilities in the hotel

The location of the hotel is great, however, the hotel needs a lot of improvements in order to live up to its 4 stars title. The towels and beddings are old, there’s even stains and holes on my bed sheet. There are also a lot of flies in the bathroom, we gave up catching them after the first day. We also encountered an incident with the housekeeper on the first day. We told her we don’t want our room to be clean, but she wouldn’t stop ringing our doorbell and knocking our door and kept insisting on coming in.

It was a beautiful stay. Very thankful for the arrangement to have high level room. Location is good too, very convenient.

room is overall clean, tidy and comfortable to live in. it is just next to the underground subway station, and a 5-10 min walk from the core Myeong-dong shopping district.

The room and location of the hotel is great. It was a great stay overall. Just a small feedback on the lift, each time it can only fetch 6-7 pax though there is still ample space to fill, good to look into it.

Location: heart of myeongdong. I recommend just walking around the area and there are good places to eat all around.  Cleanliness: The phone was broken in our room, so I couldn’t call the office downstairs.  Service: They have good luggage storage system and the people in front are nice.  Facilities: I just didn’t use them. 

We have stayed for 5 nights in this hotel, and this is my birthday trip. The location is good, just next to the subway station. Besides, everything is not good enough for the standard of a 4 stars hotel. There are more than 5 drain flies in the room, we see them every night, we caught some(not all!) but we were so tired of getting rid of them. We told the front desk about it, I asked them if they are aware of this problem, but they sounded like they don’t care too much. There are so many hairs left at the corner of the sink in toilet, this is disgusting. My wife told them it’s my birthday, they even didn’t care and not even say a “happy birthday”to me. I don’t want to be mean, but they never try to be nice and helpful at all. Whenever I asked the front desk anything, they showed poker face and responded with a low key tone. I must say it’s kind of impolite or is that a “Seoul style”??? Overall, it’s no good. I wouldn’t come again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming.

The location of the hotel is really good. It is very easy to reach Myeong-dong pedestrian zone from the hotel. There are also a lot of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. There is also a Starbucks at the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast was really good. The room was spacious enough and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with our stay.

Very clean and modern interior. located in Euljiro, a stone's throw away from a very happening area with lots of bars and restaurants. Also only a 10-15 minute walk from the heart of Myeongdong. Would certainly recommend.
