Kamar , fasilitas , sarapan dan pelayanan sangat baik , lokasi jauh dari jalur train tetapi depan hotel ada perhentian bus

Good accommodation, Large room, Good breakfast, Good service & Excellent staff: I forgot the doll. I mailed to the hotel. The hotel staff sent it to me at Osaka.

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast. I was annoyed that they made us pay the city tax for 4 guests, even though there were only 3 of us.

Hotel was good location, staff are friendly helped me to get around the city, breakfast also was good and rooms were big enough, we had toddler so he enjoyed watching Netflix after exploring by the city

General area cleanliness is excellent. But toilets were not cleaned during our entire stay of 3nights. Location is good as frequent buses and taxi are available to reach Kyoto station at affordable price.

Clean room. Cleaned way more then I needed but I appreciated it. Nice rooms. And nice beds. Though the pillows weren't the best. Breakfast was nice though I wish they had plain bread.

Great location. 20 min walk from Kyoto station and streets are fairly easy to drag your suitcase on. Close to buses and within walking distance to several tourist spots. Super friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean but as always in Japan, quite small. Breaking is a bit busy but is works. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights in Kyoto and the hotel was as described as its name ~ comfort hotel. We checked in a little earlier but the receptionist is very helpful, seamless check-in process through the user friendly machine. Most importantly the staff was helpful and humble. The location is great. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and buses are the best transport mode in Kyoto. Kyoto station is also close (1.6km). Complementary breakfast and free coffee is a major plus.  Our room very comfy, spacious,  bright and clean. Another great point was that, the TV had YouTube, netflix options. On top of that, the room has a lot of USB charging ports, this is so convenient and must have in recent world.  There are 2 areas for improvements: the pillows are much thinner than the comforter on the bed. It would be good if each bed could be provided 2 pillows. Secondly, there arent many spots to hang clothes although lots of hangers given sufficiently.  I will definitely recommend it to my friends and families who coming to Kyoto.

Super friendly staff, it seemed like an English-speaker was always available at the front desk (but maybe I just got lucky). Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. This was my second time staying, and someday when I return to Kyoto I will stay a third time.

"Результат превзошел ожидания!" Это не 3***, это твёрдая "четвёрка"! Об этом отеле можно сказать, что он очень грамотно срежиссирован. Всё продумано. Всё новое, с иголочки. Номер в идеальном состоянии, укомплектован по полной программе. Просите верхние этажи, с них открывается интересный вид на Киото. Внизу, на reception, кофе-чай-сливки-сахар free of charge, круглые сутки. Перед лифтом - отсек, где можно взять халат, расчёску, одноразовую бритву, зубную щётку с пастой, всё это опять же free of charge. Завтраки очень достойные. Уборка номера качественная, каждый день, со сменой полотенец. До ж/д станции Киото менее 20 минут пешком. Напротив отеля - потрясающий храмовый комплекс! И до знаменитого киотского рынка (market), где есть всё-всё-всё😊, недалеко. В общем, очень понравилось!

房間洁淨，所有缘俬設施都是新的，室內寧靜，正如其名，非常舒適的--間洒店。

很滿意，夜班的那個前台小姐姐超級有耐心，是我在日本遇到服務最好的小姐姐，連續定了幾天，從外面玩完回來，就是小姐姐甜美的笑容：空你幾哇！就覺得很親切很舒服。由於後面想續住，即便語言不通，小姐姐還是微笑着很有耐心的，一點一點解釋，最後還給我保持在原房間繼續住，服務態度滿分，環境舒適，早餐種類多，門口有公交，地鐵的話要走600米到五條站，但是周邊很安靜，下次去還會定這裏！
