Is was a great stay as the hotel staff are patient and willing to provide idea to resolve my concerns, such as how to use credit card in the shopping mall next to hotel. Also, the staff are kind to upgrade my room after knowing I can't use my membership to get the points. Recommended to stay at this hotel as the railway station is within walking distance of 5mins.

My wife and I had stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The room is large and clean. The detail arrangements are very thoughtful. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel. The Fuyong subway station is about 10 mins walk from the hotel (but there are too many motorcycles driving very fast on the sidewalk). We enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner buffet at 3/F of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good and the dinner buffet is outstanding. In the dinner buffet, there are unlimited supply of white wine, red wine and beer! In general, the hotel is excellent, and we will come back again.

Stay here my last trip and fell in love with their services and wonderful people. This time arriving at 240 am after a long and tiring flight due to multiple delays. They process the check-in efficiently and we managed to grab some good 4 hours of sleep. Wonderful services! Breakfast has amazing choices too!

There are many beautiful hotels in Shenhzen, but don't let the exterior or interior photos fool you. I have stayed in many of them, but this Courtyard by Marriott Shenzhen Northwest Hotel is one of the best. So why am I writing this review? Well, because starting with the most incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff working here, from the front door man to the reception area and the cleaning crew, everyone was incredible, and they made my stay in Shenhzen so wonderful. This hotel is top-notch and kept super clean. Room pricing is well below the market compared to any five-star hotel.

The room is spacious and clean. It is close to the shopping mall and very convenience. It is a bit hot in the room but it is acceptable.
