Staff was super nice and professional. Was an issue with bugs in the room. They moved me immediately and handled it great. So minus points because there was an issue but overall great since they handled it quickly with zero fuss.

Strange place. The woman at reception seemed confused when we asked her to get ants out of our room. I don’t understand how the reviews here are so good. It was cheap so maybe good value.

Great experience. Close to airport. They have a free drop off to airport service at 3 fixed times of the day (7 am, 9 am, 11 am). Any other time the service will be charged with 120 baht per room. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We left at 7 am for airportand they gave us a sandwich without even asking. Great value for money. If you are looking for a night stay close to airport, it would be the right place to stay.

Overall, it's good, but the location is quite far from 7-Eleven, making it difficult to find food. However, there are restaurants here, but there are few options.

I do not recommend this hotel. It is better to choose a hotel in the city center and walk along the embankment and the surrounding area in the evening. There is nothing near this hotel. And a taxi from the center to the airport is not that expensive, up to 300 baht. The hotel owners do not make contact when asking to cancel the reservation. I read many reviews that there are bedbugs here, and for me this is unacceptable. In the end, the hotel that I booked for the same price was just great and fresh.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night before flying to Bangkok. On the hotel website it was written that transfer from and to the airport is provided free of charge. In fact. when we arrived in Surat Thani, no one came for us. I had to catch a taxi for 200 baht. When we arrived at the hotel, they immediately asked a question about the free transfer, which was not available. To which we received an answer from the HOTEL HOSTESS that she was supposedly only responsible for the rooms. It was funny to hear this from the hotel owner. So, when you book this hotel, do not count on a transfer. Otherwise the room is clean. The bathroom is working. Breakfast - one egg and two toasts. We were taken to the airport for free. In the photo you can see at what time they have a free shuttle to the airport. And in the second photo the cost of other transfers.
