I love this hotel, this suits for me when I traveled alone. Very close to many tourist spots.Staffs are very kind and accommodating. Only the breakfast has not enough choices but overall is excellent 👌♥️♥️ I would love to stay here again🥰

The rooms are smelly and zero service or an effort from the staff. I booked and paid for five days only stayed two nights and left without getting the refund as I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!! The pictures of the hotel advertised is nothing like these existed!!

The hotel is good. We were on holiday with a large family, so we took a two-room suite on the 1st floor. Thanks to the hotel for a pleasant surprise on my birthday 🥰 The breakfasts are delicious, the staff is always ready to help, and Dmitry will answer any questions in Russian)) Thank you!

We stayed at the hotel from March 14 to 17. We easily booked on TRIP.COM, paid with a Russian card with all taxes at once. The hotel is very cozy, located in the historical part of Istanbul, within walking distance of many important attractions. The hotel employee Dmitry helped a lot with adaptation. Cleaning was done every day, breakfasts were decent, against the background of all the cuisine in Istanbul. The windows overlooked the street. The price and quality correspond.

I felt there were few amenities, so I wish there was conditioner, a toothbrush, and a comb. Also, the shower room didn't drain well. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I arrived late at night and originally booked a three-bed room, but the hotel arranged a twin bed (double bed plus single bed). There was no vacancy and I could change it immediately. I could only change it the day after (but I changed it to a family room). The location is very convenient. You can walk to the Grand Bazaar and Sophia Cathedral. The hotel is also clean.
