Ulasan Centro Hotel National Frankfurt City

It’s a lovely hotel very close to the central train station and a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Spacious room, friendly staff, clean place, elegant decoration. Happy stay.

The hotel is close to the central train station, but the environment outside the hotel is not very clean. The staff at the counter were good and the bedroom was old but not dirty. Yet the elevator was not working and the breakfast service was not available. Overall it’s convenient to access the transportation but the location can be better in terms of the cleanliness of the environment outside the hotel.

Aside from the advantage of being near the central station, I really don't want to go there again.😅

Please don’t choice this hotel,when I live this hotel didn’t have a hot water for show and I’m already 3 of time to asked the hotel and every time they tell about 30min until I’m checking out still didn’t have a water and then I’m go to ask the hotel to refund the money or give back to me a day for free and they ask me to come back after2 hours because the manager is not here now so after 2 hour when I gets back to the hotel they tell me the hotel after to shower last night how come you side no water to shower

I ordered but I changed plans but couldn’t cancel

中央駅に向かって左側から出入りでき　治安は幾らかましか？部屋の出入り口が二重になっていて防音効果が有る？ 木曜日の晩一泊だけだったので週末は分からないが良く眠れた　この価格でバスルームが広くバスタブも有りコスパは良いと思われる

Hotel carino a soli 4 min a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Francoforte, la “fauna” che si può notare durante il tragitto ti fa passare la voglia di uscire dall’albergo… soprattutto se sei una ragazza sola! quindi lo consiglio solo per una sosta breve a Francoforte, comodo per chi arriva e riparte in treno. Tuttavia trovo vergognoso che il personale alla reception faccia fatica a comunicare in inglese…nel 2024!

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit Badewanne gebucht.Die Badewanne war auf den Fotos des gebuchten Einzelzimmers zu sehen. Leider gab es keines. Aber Doppelzimmer mit Badewanne waren vorhanden. Der nette Rezeptionist gab mir ein solches Doppelzimmer und auch der early checkin I’m 12:30 war möglich. Vielen Dank für diesen guten Service! Im Zimmer fehlte mir ein Wasserkocher und Kaffee und Tee. Das wäre schön gewesen. Deshalb die Ausstattung nur 3 Sterne. Das Zimmer war ruhig, roch aber nicht so gut. Ansonsten bequemes Bett und sauber.

오래된 건물이지만 잘 보존되었고 최근 보수하여 깔끔합니다. 중앙역에서 가깝고 찾기 쉽습니다. 모두 친절해요. 저렴해서 하루 묵기엔 훌륭해요.
