It's reasonably clean and those small but provided with adequate amenities and the wonderful benefit of booking the hotel is the free kayak and especially the free boat ride on the river I like the resort

Stayed here for 3 nights with my 8 year old son. Nice location by the small river with free kayaks and a free speedboat trip. Our room was riverfront with a nice balcony and everything was very clean and well maintained. Would I say good 4 star hotel needs a bit of service improvement like no fish or chicken available even though menu. But would definitely stay again.

위치가 살짝 멀지만 자전거도 있고 시설이 좋아용

酒店房間很乾凈，房間很大，服務員很熱情，酒店早餐特別好吃😋又健康，酒店游泳池也很漂亮水又很乾凈，酒店有免費划船🚣特別喜歡酒店的環境，非常漂亮😍，此酒店也很適合家庭帶上小孩住，很安全，父母很放心的讓小孩在院子裏玩耍🥰

環境還不錯，很乾凈。整個酒店不大，周邊沒有其他配套，適合安靜的呆一呆。

Had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay. The room was beautifully furnished in a tropical theme and the ‘rainforest’ shower was delightful. The gardens are lush and are fully integrated into the wonderful rainforest and river setting of the resort. The food is just great, in presentation, value and taste. While the resort is some distance from the town, this is not a problem as they provide a bus to take you there at no cost, and the location is so quiet, its just great to be out of the town, The best thing about this resort is the wonderful staff. They are so happy and customer focused. On arrival, the management resolved a booking issue with no complaints even though the issue was not their fault, and the restaurant service is impeccable. Overall, a wonderful relaxing place to stay.

Excellent resort. Beautiful surroundings, outstanding employees, always willing to help you. Breakfast was great The room was quite nice both in the old wing and the new wing. I stayed in both since I left and came back a few days later. Highly recommend this resort.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Rooms were perfect. Such a stunning location right on the natural surrounding, we knew before content creator review we booked and we just wanted a chill couple of days so was perfect for that. Staff were really friendly and helpful

The staff is superb. Welcoming, helpful, eager to assist. Made our stay great. The property was clean. Room was very comfortable with an unusually soft mattress for this part of the world. We slept great. Some small matters need attention: 1. Phone to fro t desk was out of service. No big deal overall but when we did need service (room safe malfunction), check out luggage assistance, it required a walk to the front desk 2. Room safe non-operable 3. TV (not a big deal either but….) turns on and off but has only internet connection for channels. 4. WiFi was weak over much of the property. 5. Pool furniture needs cleaning Pool was a beautiful restful spot. A highlight! Entry hard to find. No signs “along the way” to say keep going to the end of a long dirt road. Overall: very good but for the room rate charged, these matters ought to be fixed.
