We always stay in MyStays hotels. Very clean, very good service, very helpful staff. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room, but overall everything is available and nice.

The place is clean and very convenient. But as expected with Japan's spaces, it is really tight. Highly recommended for travellers who just need a place to rest and sleep.

Small, but god hotel. Good neighborhood, only 10-15 minutes from the main train stations and only 3 minutes to subway by foot

Great location, only 5 min walk from the Hommachi station. Also, the hotel is right next to the main street of Shinsaibashisuji.

Big room, nice but assigned at lower floor facing wall, no sunlight at all and lazy to complaint anymore. Stayed for 3nights, overall good sleep. Location quite far from trains station, very confusing with too many exit and finally get out from the right exit so we don’t have to walk too far.

Good place to spend a night or two. Like many Japanese hotels the rooms are very small, but it was what we were looking for.

Easy and fast check in. Convenient to ward shinsaibashi distric. And, the restaurant of the opposite site has yummy choice.

A very nice hotel

Very convenient location with 2 subway stations nearby, near to both Namba station as well as Umeda/Osaka station making travels to other cities convenient. It seems like an office area and is rather quiet at night. Very nice place to stay at! Thank you:)

- The hotel is ideally located at the end of Shinsaibashi, and you can walk along the road to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, by subway. - The hotel is near the commercial offices around Honmachi, busy and quiet, quite safe, and relatively quiet at night, you will see more working people in the morning - The room is small but well-equipped, with a bathtub, refrigerator and office desk, clean facilities, friendly staff, luggage storage, highly recommended

Hygiene: Very bad, extremely bad, the quilt core is full of blood clots, there are hairs on the sheets and bathtub, and the sewer smell in the bathroom is disgusting Service: The front desk does not speak English, and the complaint about bedding was ignored. I can't stand it and have to make the bed myself, the room price is over 1,000 yuan The room attendant is not in uniform and ignored when I called I saw that there is no cleaning service when I booked, but I was still given a card that allows me to clean when I checked in. The next day, I asked not to clean but only throw away the garbage and said that there would be a charge.
