The location is great — just across the street from St Pancras Station. The staff service is good, but the staircase is very narrow, making it difficult to carry large luggage up and down. The water pressure and heater also don’t work very well.

You get what you pay for it’s a very basic room. I have the en suite bathroom, door could not shut properly, shut enough to prevent water from going to the bed room. Internet is present albeit intermittent. Super close to St Pancras and the reason for my booking due to an early train for the euro star

Lovely little down to earth hotel right next to St Pancras and King's Cross stations. Perfect location for transport links across the city. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was basic but clean and had everything we needed for a good night's sleep. The stairs are quite steep and narrow and floors uneven so might not suit travellers with mobility issues. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable base to explore the city and would happily stay here again on future trips. Thank you for having us 😊

We stayed here for three nights in couple ensuite with private bathroom and below are the pros and cons with the hotel:- Pros- 1. The hotel is near by to king cross station and located at centre of all major attractions to it's really convenient to travel anywhere from this place. 2. They keep your luggage free of charge for the check out day in case your flight is in evening so you can roam in city hassle free. Cons- 1. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is tiny so a little inconvenience in case you are not habitual of small room/bathrooms. I know it's central london but with GBP 127 per night, other 3* star hotels are also available in the area so check out for those as well. 2. The hotel doesn't have lift and have wooden narrow, steep stairs so if you have big/heavy luggage and you get 1st/2nd floor then it's really difficult to carry your luggage to rooms. 3. The wifi was not working for all 3 days but that's okay as we have our mobile data available. We were aware of all these facts before booking the rooms but we just needed a place in central london tk sleep in night so didn't do extensive search for hotels. You can also do more research on nearby hotels and can find an ideal one for you.

We needed a place to stay overnight near St. PANCREAXCE STATION as we had our train in the morning and it was perfectly located and perfect for our reason. Manager was super-friendly. No AC though but nice little fan. 5 minutes walk to St Pancreac and Kings cross 😎

It's just a 5-minute walk from the St King's cross station.

Convenient, very close to the station But not suitable for people who have difficulty sleeping because it is close to the station, so you can hear the train until midnight. But if you are tired from walking, you will fall asleep anyway.

I am satisfied. It is located right next to Kings Cross Station, the room has a bathroom and toilet, and I think it is reasonable considering the price. The size of the room, where you can just barely open your suitcase, the thin walls that allow you to hear the surrounding noise, and the small bathroom are all things that make it worth the price. The hotel does not have a lift, so the staff helped me out.

It was very convenient and close to the station. The receptionist was very friendly and I highly recommend it. However, the room itself is small and the walls are thin, so if you speak loudly, it will echo in the next room. There were plenty of brochures and discount coupons for walking around the city.
