A decent hotel close to West Lake, though there isn't that much else around and it's a bit far from the subway. Hygiene and facilities were okay, overall I'm satisfied with this stay.

I extended my stay because of the hotel’s excellent location. A bit of noise from the road traffic but not really noticeable. The room was clean; the housekeeping staff are outstanding - very service oriented. The size of the suite room is ok - not exactly very big but enough space. There’s a small gym in the hotel which is a plus point for me.

Room is OK, with a slight smell of smoke. what could be improved is to help hotel guests to arrange taxi service. It is the first time I heard from a hotel at this level that such service could not be arranged. Not all hotel guests have local phone number for hiring taxi or cars on mobile apps.

After all, although the hotel is on the side of the road, there are overpasses and big trees blocking the signboard. It is very inconspicuous and difficult to find when you first drive. The room is small, and the standard room faces the main road. The room has the pungent smell of soft decoration and the smell of an old hotel. The bathroom and shower room are also small, and the indoor space is crowded. The table is small and there is no room for it when it is full of cups and kettles. If it wasn't for May Day, I wouldn't have chosen this place to book a room. There is a one-way road on the side of the hotel and a tunnel overpass in front. To take a taxi, you need to take a detour. It is convenient to go to the second ring road to take a taxi. The front desk did not remind you about this. Let me tell you as a reference! It's close to West Lake Park, so you can go for a walk in the park.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys of West Lake. The hotel also offers free parking and is about 500 meters from the subway entrance. The facilities are complete, there is a gym, and the delivery of children's toothbrushes and slippers is very user-friendly.

I don't understand why Ctrip gave it four stars. To be honest, parking is inconvenient, the location is hard to find, the room decoration and breakfast are similar to Hanting and 7 Days Inn, but the room rate is twice as high. The overall evaluation is that it is not cost-effective.

The hotel equipment was cheap, there was not even a USB plug, and the light switch was only at one end of the bed. The breakfast dishes were simple and cheap. The whole restaurant was crowded and messy. There were few dishes, and it felt like everyone was fighting for it. The soup noodles I ordered were taken away by other guests. I called the front desk in the morning and asked them to deliver the dry clothes to the room, but the waiter refused and asked me to go to the laundry room to get them myself. In order to suck up a few pieces of clothes, I ran upstairs and downstairs a total of six times. Living in this hotel is not good for food and accommodation, but it makes me angry.
