I do not recommend this hotel. First, the staff needs to be better trained when taking payment. Two cards were charged twice for the cost of one stay which tied up over $600 for me while I was on a weekend trip. This was very frustrating and took away from my trip having to deal with their mistake. After dealing with this for a day and a half I was offered “3 free things from the market.” What kind of customer service is that? Second, the 32inch tvs in these rooms are insulting. Third, the general public areas are decently clean, but the rooms are outdated and need deeper cleaning. Our bed sheets had stains, we saw a dead roach, and the desk chairs need to be thrown away! Do not book this hotel for the breakfast in the morning. Only waffles, bagels, muffins and boiled eggs. Hotel is in a decent area, close to a Dennys, Walmart and gas station. Due to their mistake on charging my cards multiple times and taking so long to fix it, I will not stay at this hotel or another LaQuinta brand hotel for that matter. This was my worst hotel stay in a while, maybe because we usually stay in Hilton brand. Only stay here if you have no other choice. Probably have a better experience at a hotel across the street.
