"Not too far from the airport. Shuttle was available. There was Denny’s restaurant right next to the hotel, so I could grab good breakfast. There was a gas station with a little shop as well. Room size is good. A large enough surface to work on my computer. It was clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed the stay."

I will forever remember this place as this is my 1st visit to Texas. The staff are super nice here. Very clean. Thanks Madison for your service and allowed me to check in earlier after about 15 hours flight . Beyond grateful for the WC gifts given & i brought it back to Singapore ❤️. I love Texas ❤️."

"We reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights, with guaranteed connecting rooms indicated on the confirmation. (We specifically reserved connecting rooms due to a medical situation with one of our family members, the connecting doorway between the 2 rooms would allow other family members to respond quickly in case of emergency). When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the person at the desk said they had no connecting rooms available. We showed him the confirmation that showed connecting rooms had been reserved, and he still said no connecting rooms available. We asked to speak to a manager and discovered the person we had been speaking to was the Asst General Mgr Sean. We asked for the General Manager Angela Barfield but she wouldn't come out of her office to talk to us. Instead, she sent out the Director of Sales Dawn Brooks. She was of no help, I think she realized that the hotel made a mistake but she didn't apologize or offer any sort of remedy. In fact, at one point in the conversation she just walked away from the desk and went back into her office. After about an hour of back and forth at the front desk, and trying to find other hotels in the area that had availability (with no luck), we ended up staying at the Hampton in 2 rooms next to each other but not connecting. And on the 2nd night we were moved across the hall to connecting rooms. The actual hotel property was nice, seemed new (we were told 1 year old), the rooms were nice, the breakfast was nice. It's unfortunate that such a nice property has such a weak management team. Yes, mistakes happen. They made a mistake and messed up our reservation. But, a good manager would have stepped out of the office and said "I'm sorry, we made a mistake, we messed up your reservation, I'm going to cover your 2 rooms for the first night and we've got it corrected for the 2nd night." But, that didn't happen. In fact, the next day we found out that the hotel put 5,000 Hilton Honors points into our Hilton account. That sounds like a lot, but 5,000 points is only worth about $25-$30 in actual value. That's almost funny. We won't be staying at this Hampton Inn again."

"This was the worst hotel experience we’ve had. Although the property is new and looks modern, the service was extremely disappointing and did not provide the welcoming “Hilton” feeling we normally expect. Upon arrival, we were not recognized as Diamond members and were not offered water or any welcome amenities. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. The room itself was also problematic. The AC made a loud, strange noise throughout the night, causing restless sleep for our entire family both nights of our stay. Next morning when we asked the front desk for water, we were told, “You already got it upon arrival, so we can’t give you any more.” This response was rude, especially considering we were never offered any water at check-in in the first place. Overall, while the hotel itself is new, the poor service, lack of hospitality, and uncomfortable stay made this a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, this property did not live up to Hilton standards, and I would not recommend staying here based on our experience."

"Upon arrival, I checked the room and found the bathtub was very dirty. Therefore, I requested a room change at the front desk, and they readily agreed and changed me to a different room. When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel, and they came to pick me up. Also, when I went to the airport, even though it was early in the morning at 5 AM, they provided transportation to the airport. The shower water pressure and hairdryer power were both strong, making for a very comfortable stay. The amenities only included shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and body cream; there were no toothbrushes or combs. There was a microwave, so I was able to warm up the cookies I received at check-in and enjoy them! There was a Denny's nearby, where I was able to have dinner."
