Hotel Figueretes

The front reception was VERY helpful and friendly, they were always glad to help us with what we needed and the check in- check-out process was super simple. We have a gorgeous view of the beach from our room and it was very well located hotel. The downsides come from the room not being the cleanest, the floors have some grunge on them so we didn't want to be barefoot, the shower had a little bit of an odor from the drainage and the "hair-dryer" in the bathroom didn't work, but besides that, for the cost and location, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service and every facility for a good stay. The breakfast, paid for separately, was perfect and there was a huge variety in the buffet. The location is marvellous and the sea view is beyond words. The girls at reception were always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel.

Well, for the location and staff it gets 5 stars. Now, the hotel itself, thats another story. Place is old, smells like smoke, rooms are very very small. You have to live out of your suitecase. No fridge unles you pay extra . The worst part is,NO AIR-CONDITION. Imagine hot Ibiza sumer days, and you get back to your room were is more hot than outside. They give you a floor fan wich does nothing... So, if you are on the budget and want to say that you went to Ibiza, than this is your place, but for few more dollrs to spend, look for another place around. .

Nice location and staff was nice. However the facility is really not grade (boiling temperature in the room even if outside was cooler, we got a second floor room with no elevator, the room was really not nice). Pictures are not representative. It seemed however reasonably clean. Lot of noise outside, however the location is very convenient, close to a lovely area, airport and harbour.

No air con in the room. Ants on the floor of room. Fridge is not included. The pool and gym is not part of the hotel. The location to the beach is nice.

I was having a busy day at work and didn’t read much about the hotel, nor the reviews or amenities, etc.. I looked more for the location as we always stay in Ibiza town. So I made the booking for the only room available at the hotel. On the hotel photos everything looks fine but for my surprise on arriving there was no air conditioning, Wi-Fi in the room or refrigerator. I felt like I did a mistake but had to stay because the booking wasn’t refundable anymore, we tried to relax and not to show any disappoin**ent with the room and the hotel but for our surprise on the second day in the morning while asking some information at the reception we left our beach bag unattended on the sofa, where there was 3 people sitting using the internet on the reception. We left the hotel and when we arrived the beach we had lunch and when we were going to pay there was no more money in both of our wallet and on my wallet was our gold wedding rings that was also stolen. We came back to the hotel and in the moment we spoke with the receptionist what happened she refused to help. We asked the manager to come to the hotel and when she arrived she didn’t let us have access to the CCTV to see if someone took our money and rings. We went to the police station and made the police report but as many of you know when you leave Spain the Spanish way to deal with things can go long. We may not get any answers from the hotel or the Ibiza police but writing this review we want people to be aware that you will not gonna feel safe at the Hotel Figueretes. There’s no security at the door and anyone can enter the hotel and easily sit in the internet area and pretend to be a guest and steal your belongings. So if you’re thinking of staying at this hotel, think twice because the money I saved is definitely nothing compared to what I lost.

Nice place if you're looking for a cheap and cheerful ibiza holiday i recomend this. location is excellent. Has a sister hotel wih pool free to use. Or beqch infront of hotel very nice and mostly locals.. staff friendly and we got by with no air con very easily wich was surprising...

Entire description was a lie. No sea view - but if we walked to the end of our balcony we could view it from an angle outside - not from inside. No double bed - all rooms only has 2 twin beds. Hotel didn't have breakfast, restaurant, gym, pool - ammenities were within a block at other locations. No air-conditioning, room was hot, opening the windows to get a breeze brought in cockroaches
