"Just back from the fabulous La Cala! The food was absolutely amazing, quality and hot, plenty of choices. From the Chef's, to waiting staff, bar staff, Reception,room maids, & maintenance,well done all, you all work so hard to ensure the Hotel runs perfectly. My room was street facing but quadruple glazing you couldn't hear anything once the doors were closed. Great to people watch on the balcony with perfect sunsets I read of people moaning about the gorgeous ambient fragrance on entry but its quality and gives an air of luxury. Also a mention of it seeming like a "care home" which is grossly unfair, just because we are "older" it dosen't mean we can't have a Holiday! This is a traditional Spanish hotel in a great location to reach everything, Marina, beach, seafront walking and many bars and restaurants. Ive gone here for a few years now and its seems all of the staff have remained which says a lot for the hotel group. A special mention to Juan & the bar team for fast and efficient bar service always with Happy smiles. Thank each & every one of you for an amazing Holiday see you in 2026 Please don't change a thing "

"Greeted by friendly staff on arrival, who advised us our rooms weren't ready but we could leave our luggage, use the pool or explore the local area. Hotel is well situated close to the bus stop, couple of euros for a trip to Cala Llonga, supermarket close by and a couple of minutes walk to bars, restaurants and more importantly the beach. Hotel is clean as is the pool area. We were room only, so can't comment on the food. However the bar prices for drinks and snacks was very reasonable. We stayed as a family in different rooms and no two rooms were the same, for example we had twin beds as did my son and his wife but my daughter, who was on her own, had a double bed. Some of the rooms were a little tired, although clean, no where to put make up/wash bags. Plenty of sunbeds but pool was never really busy during our stay, expect it can get a little busy in the height of the season."

"I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor service and encountered such awful front desk staff. It was a complete scam. We booked a suite, and upon check-in, the front desk told us a bottle of wine would be delivered to each room, just call for it. However, the front desk number never went through during our stay. When we were about to check out, we went to pick it up and asked about the wine. The receptionist said the card clearly stated it could only be used in the restaurant, which doesn't open until 7 PM. They then quickly checked us out. After checking out, while waiting for our luggage, I looked at the card again. The last line said I could call room service to have it delivered to my room. They had already deceived us. I asked again, and the same receptionist said they had already checked out and no longer owned the room, so they couldn't give us the wine. It turns out the person who checked us out first was actually waiting for us. :)"

"The location of this hotel is fantastic. It has a sea front location with steps into the sea or a very short walk to a sandy area. Bring swim shoes to access the sea and a snorkel, there are lots of fish, but its a bit rocky. There are sunbeds by the pool and by the sea and cushions and parasols in the shed by the sea. Towels available from reception. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, a walk in shower, full length mirror, hairdryer, mini fridge, wardrobe space, but only 5 hangers, but strangely NO drawers or shelves for clothes! We used the chairs for clothes. The food is plentiful and varied with a grill for eggs in the morning and grilled meats and fish in the evenings. Good selection of drinks and wines. Staff are pleasant and helpful. There are activities by the pool like pilates, yoga, aquasise, table tennis and boules. It's a short walk to the supermarket and to the marina and town."

"We had a fantastic view of the sea and a beautiful sunset every evening. We were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as noisy as we had expected, but we did sleep with earplugs. A few downsides were the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that there was NEVER any parking around the hotel, no matter what time it was. We drove around in circles every day until we unfortunately always ended up about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Another negative was the DJ who played really bad music every evening; two different genres of music were blaring from the bar and the pool/outdoor lounge area, which was completely confusing. Otherwise, the view more than made up for it 😍"
