Great location near a lot of amazing restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast quality was also decent.
There was a brown spot near the bathtub which was a bit unsightly, but overall the cleaniness was alright. Bedsheets and everything was clean. Toilet was also spacious

A lavishly furnished hotel in the heart of Hue. Warm welcomes from all the staff followed by an introduction to a sumptuous room marked the start of an idyllic stay here. Really comfortable bed, well designed shower room. A truly extensive breakfast buffet. Everyone involved in this hotel displays utter professionalism.

The welcome and reception on arrival is "top-drawer"... thank you Ann, he is not only the porter but his pleasant disposition and smile make you feel top of the world. Every time i returned to reception he would greet me by name (very impressive) :-). Hotel rooms are spacious, i ended up in a room that could accommodate 3 people... so it was huge. Clean, with a fridge and coffee station and air-con. A pool on the 3rd floor, with towels and chairs readily available loved it. Breakfast offered a wide selection of both Asian and European choices. Night-life vibrant in Hue....and all within walking distance of the hotel. Enjoyed the salted coffee at da:me`..... trendy modern spot, adjoined to the hotel used by many locals.

Great hotel, very nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff, very helpfull. Located close to the Emperial palace. Just around the corner restaurant Madam Thu, amongst other many restaurants. Bycicles are cheap to rent. I would come back. Jans Bloeming, Netherlands.

The hotel was lovely, as were the staff. Breakfast was in a building next to the hotel, up two flights of stairs which could be difficult for some. Saw a young lady on crutches having to get up and down those stairs! Our room was lovely, but unfortunately the noise from the pubs and clubs down on the road was very loud through until about 2am in the morning! We were supplied ear plugs, but double glazing on those windows would be better. The hotel did state that there could be noise, which was good of them. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location of the hotel. Recommend.

Amazing place. The staff was super helpful for everything, they’ll helped us to find transports when everything was full ! They saved us ! In addition the place is really well located, just near the lively places, transportation and city jewels.
