Karen (Li?) has been exceptionally helpful during our 2 visits. It was our first time in Hong Kong, we don't know Cantonese, we had many questions, and Karen's recommendations for activities (food, shopping) were very good. The hotel and its neighbourhood made our stay feels like home! Even we are from Hong Kong, just a getaway trip for the weekend. The location of the hotel is very convenient close to the MTR station, surrounded by many local restaurants and supermarket.
Staff are welcoming and friendly. The gym is fantastic, opens 24-hours, with sea view. Good variety of the machines are available. Haven’t got chance to use the infinity pool but it looks cool!
Love the “explore North Point” programme that allows visitors to follow the guide, trying some local food with the voucher. It was fun! As a hongkonger we had so much fun to explore and try new things!
Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend this hotel for tourists!

We were very disappointed as previous stay with a lower class room we were given big room but this time we wanted to have even better so we selected the highest room category. by paying mush higher price by seeing the room pictures on the room details section with writing table and a chair etc and bigger moving area but unfortunately they gave us mush smaller room then last time even , so this is like misguiding the customers or cheating buy getting extra money . very very disappointed !!! look at the pictures

The room not quite big but can accommodate to two persons. It’s a bit far to HK Disneyland, but good thing it’s near and walkable to MRT station, and it’s a big plus in travelling using the daily transport, rather than spending much to taxis or cab. A lot of food stores and restaurants outside if you want to explore the foodstuff. Fresh towels provided daily and I kinda like it.

My stay at Ibis North Point from February 1 to February 2 was truly delightful! The hotel's prime location made exploring Hong Kong effortless, with the MTR station, trams, and bus stops just steps away. Check-in was efficient and hassle-free, with the staff being warm, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was cozy, spotless, and well-designed, making the most of the space while offering breathtaking harbor views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Despite being compact, the bathroom was clean and functional, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and leisure. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, featuring a good mix of Asian and Western options, all fresh and tasty. For affordable comfort, convenience, and excellent service, Ibis North Point is an outstanding choice, and I would happily stay here again!

It was a cold evening when we arrived as a late check in returning from China Trip, the Staff are super nice and courteous, we are being upgraded to a family room as shown on photos thou just 2 people living for the night, the other connecting room overlooking sea view with the sofa.

So used to shower caps as it’s not provided in most hotel (HK Law go green no use of plastic) the rest of the basic amenities are all provided !

I don't believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating.
There are only three elevators, which often become quite crowded. I had to skip a few and wait for a less busy one. Additionally, the swimming pool is currently closed.
Being an older building, the water pressure is not very good; I imagine it’s challenging to provide hot water to the higher floors. The air conditioning seems to be malfunctioning, as it blows out cold air instead of heating. Overall, the hotel feels quite outdated and could benefit from a thorough cleaning.
I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that aspect.
On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from the North Point subway station. There is a 24/7 check-in desk, which I appreciated since I arrived at 4 AM. However, my room was quite cold, so I requested an extra blanket, and they promptly provided one.

Excellent stay. The hotel is located right at Tai Koo station which made it very easy to get around. All the staff very extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and while I would say some of the food wasn’t as warm as I would have thought, it was delicious. I had drinks at Sugar on the 32nd floor - the staff were so friendly and checked in on me often with great recommendations.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again!

From the moment I raised my concerns, the staff showed genuine care and urgency in addressing everything. A special shoutout to the hotel manager (Nelson), Emily, and to Tim — both were exceptionally attentive, professional, and kind throughout.
What truly stood out to me was how committed they were to ensuring I had a positive experience. Their recovery efforts went above and beyond what I expected. While this is a 4-star hotel, the level of service I received felt every bit like a 5-star VIP experience. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in their hospitality, and it made a real difference.

The hotel is located in the North Point community, which is very lively and close to the local vegetable market and shopping mall. It is suitable for solo travelers who want to travel in depth in Hong Kong. The hotel management is excellent. Whether it is the front desk or the concierge, the porter is very nice. CCarlaOur stay at this hotel was incredible! We spent New Year's in Hong Kong and stayed in the City View Family Suite. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for three people. The location is unbeatable on a quiet residential street that's perfect for exploring the city. It's just a five-minute walk to the metro station, and there's a tram right on the same street that takes you directly to the Peak Tram.
The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the team kindly stored our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring the city without any hassle. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

The sound insulation is average, and you can hear the sounds of the elevator and conversations outside the room. Aside from the convenient location and many restaurants nearby, the overall quality of the rooms is generally average.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was surprisingly good. Right in the middle of Shau Kei Wan on the east side of the island. Commutinb wise, if you’re taking public transport, Tram would be easier than MTR, the stop is just few steps from the hotel.
Clean room, nice corner room view. The hotel doesn’t require card to go up, so privacy / security may not be the best. Helpful front desk.

Ddk94Hot water not working well, i had to take cold showers. I dont know is it about the button or not. No soap included, only toilet paper and tea in room which is acceptable.
