A very very nice experience of staycation, the staff are polite and helpful. The most important is, the view is really good in this hotel!

Service was good, specially Maria. Location is good. But hotel is a bit old and not clean enough but okay.

So entry hall is so beautiful and classy. Clean room, good service. Smel good even in the elevator. I would rate this 5-stars hotel 5 star!!! Will come again for the room, and their restaurant.

Spacious room with gorgeous view of the Hong Kong harbour. Very convenient location, short walk to restaurants and MTR station.

The staff at check in, Maria, was so kind. She put me in a great room on the 22 nd floor with a harbor view and a bath tub. The pool was very cold but I enjoyed the sauna and steam room

Great location, very nice harbour view, clean and comfortable hotel. Unfortunately the check in process takes some time and some amenities like bottled water, bathroom kits are not included (need to pay extra)

Old hotel, soso service, not sounds like 5 starts hotel , no drinking water in the room. No toothpaste toothbrush

Thank you so much for being able to stay in a great hotel. The hygiene and cleanliness were excellent, and the staff were very friendly, except for the female staff at the last check-out. Thanks to the good accommodation, I'm finishing my trip well ~ ^^*

Lovely hotel. Small room with good view. Location excellent.

Cleanliness: only 3 because found hair in the bath tub and a few dirt spots here and there. So naturally assumed it wasn't cleaned to the best of standard. Location: is good. Great for views when you book the correct room and facing the right way. I made that error. Oops. Be careful of the description from Trip when it says "harbour" it may not be the harbour you want haha Service and amenities: bring your own toiletries if you wanna save..it's a HK govt initiative to stop providing toiletries. BRING WATER. They do sell these items at cheap at the concierge. And you have to go down to get it. For the amount you pay, you might as well stay home :) and do your own stuff haha I will choose another hotel next time. My favourite is the upper house if you want to stay on the island or any of the nice hotels in TST for the views.

I ordered 2 rooms, they updated us in twin room, very good services, nice room with Seaview.

Harbour Grand is one of my long time favourites. Great service, comfortable rooms, amazing personnel. Views from the restaurant are unbeatable. My stay was more than pleasant, and I want to express my appreciation for their service is indeed grand.

The staff is very nice. Service is very well. The area is clear. The hotel have cafe shop and restaurant，which is comfortable.
