Ulasan Hotel New Yokosuka

It is a hotel that looks retro and historical, but the floor I stayed on has been completely renovated. The room is very new and comfortable overall. It is very clean and the location is good. This hotel provides free washing and drying machine, which I regret not using it😭. Recommended for solo travelers!🧳 這是間看起來有年代感的飯店，但我住的樓層全部重新裝潢過了，房間非常新且整體很舒適，非常乾淨，地理位置也很好。 這間飯店還有提供免費的洗烘衣機，我很後悔沒有使用。推薦獨旅旅客來住！

An old hotel retrofitted to modern standard The welcome drink is really nice Basically a coupon to enjoy a good time at the bar The Aircon has a little problem Not cold enough But nothing beats a good all fresh air just opening the window A small complaint would be US anthem playing at 8 am in the morning by the US base nearby But I guess there’s nothing they can do about it

Lobby was old so it surprised me when I first arrived at the hotel. But room is clean though small. Near the hotel are bars where at night you may find like you are in the US rather than Japan.

It's about a 5-minute walk from Yokosuka Chuo Station. There's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hostel, which is very convenient. The room was nicely renovated, which was a pleasant surprise! I was given a discount coupon for the bar on the first floor. There were many foreigners working in the navy staying at the hostel, probably because it's affiliated with a US military facility. It's also less than 2 minutes from the bus stop, which was very convenient.

There are cockroaches in the room and the air conditioner can't cool. Very speechless experience

A high-end business hotel? Everything is well organized. It's a little far from the station, but that's acceptable. The staff are very friendly and I recommend it.

Location is OK, hygiene is average

The room is spacious and clean. The service staff were very good and received a comfortable welcome. Will definitely use the service again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last ten years for business. It used to be a good hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately whatever the management team is now is not the same as before. For one, my room air conditioning is limited to 23degrees C(73.4f). Not a huge deal in and of itself but i do like to sleep at 70F. When u leave the room your room key will kill all the power to the room so when you return your room is 30C and it takes 30 minutes to cool back down. The tv volume is limited to about 20% of the full range of volume which is not quite loud enough for me and i struggle to hear news or sports voice. Im sure this is done for the courtesy of other rooms, but the volume restriction is too much. My internet signal is weak. I have to sit at the room desk to connect my phone or laptop. The hotel management came to my room to gaslight me into thinking both my phones and my laptop are the problem because the manager was able to connect his phone 12 inches from the router. The management isnt friendly anymore and seem annoyed when you ask for help. I wont be staying here any more after this visit. Unfortunately with limited hotel choices around here the hotel will not have any incentive to improve service or remove oppressive policy.

Our stay at the Hotel New Port Yokosuka could not have been better! The room was pristine with a very comfortable bed and a well- equipped kitchenette. Breakfast (included) a buffet with many options. You get happy hour drink tickets (2x300yen/pp) and great wifi. Staff were friendly with good English fluency!
