Ulasan Hanz Vuon Saigon Hotel & Spa

Jendelanya kecil dan ruangannya remang-remang. Tempat tidur, kamar mandi, dll sangat bersih. Namun ada semut kecil yang berukuran sekitar 2 mm. Itu sangat nyaman karena ada pusat perbelanjaan besar yang berjarak 5 menit berjalan kaki.

There were people working noisy in the next room from 8:00 o'clock in the morning in advance. I asked to the recepcionist and she only said "ok".

The room was more than spacious for one person. Location was great too, nearest Circle K was about 5 mins walk away from the property. Cleanliness was just so so, but appreciate their daily housekeeping service. Two main things, even though the hotel’s description said no smoking in public areas & there is a designated smoking area, I smelled the smoke at the corridor and even inside the room. Therefore, the atmosphere was pretty suffocating to me. Another thing was the water pressure of shower head, it was really bad even with the tap fully switched on. When I reported that to the front desk, the guy said it’s same for every room which doesn’t make sense at all for me & he didn’t bother to do anything to fix the issue. Overall, it wasn’t a very good experience 🥲

Hotel is near hospitals and a stone's throw away from the Vietnamese National Buddhist Temple. It is 4km away from city center and Benh Thanh Market (Disrict 1).. So besides the temple, there is nothing nearby of touristic significance. You have to take a Grab or cab to city center to see touristic sight and experiences.. Hotel is clean and the room is nice. Spent 2 nights there and I have no complains. Good value for money.

J'y ai passé une courte nuit, pas le meilleur quartier, c'est un peu défraichi, mais fait l'affaire si c'est juste pour dormir

Phòng là tôi đặt cho anh trai tôi. Nhưng phía khách sạn làm việc quá thiếu trách nhiệm. Ngày anh tôi check in phòng thì nói chưa thấy thông tin đặt phòng. Sau đó anh tôi đã đưa cái phiếu nhận phòng cho khách sạn xem, rồi sau đó mới đồng ý đưa thẻ phòng để anh tôi lên phòng nghỉ ngơi. Sau đó anh tôi đã thông báo cho khách sạn là sẽ check out sớm. Khách sạn đã nói OK. Xong đến sáng nay anh tôi check out sớm vào luac 5h45 (đã thông báo cho ks là check out sớm) mà ks vẫn chưa tìm ra được cái booking. Ks nói là lỗi bên hệ thống đặt phòng nên tìm ko ra booking. Nhưng từ hôm qua đến thời điểm anh tôi check out mà ks vẫn tìm ko ra đc booking là lỗi của ks . Kiểm tra giấy tờ ko hợp lý thì phải đưa ra hướng giải quyết cho khách. Giờ khách cần phải check out sớm vì có việc quan trọng để làm mà nói ko có giấy tờ để làm thủ tục check out là sao? Trong khi đã thông báo từ hôm trước lúc check in rồi. Sau đó nhân viên còn đáp trả "sao anh có gì mà phải rần rần". Ủa alô, ks ơi, mình làm việc chuyên nghiệp chưa. Người ta đã sắp xếp công việc hẳn hoi, rồi thông báo thời gian check out rõ ràng. Việc của ks là phải đảm bảo dịch vụ khách hàng chứ. Đã làm sai không có 1 lời xin lỗi mà còn trả treo với khách như vậy. Cho dù có là khách sạn đẹp đẽ đi chăng nữa thì vẫn đáng bị ăn 1 sao nhé.

還是那種比較老派的酒店，不過設施馬馬虎虎可以，位置在一個巷子裏面，不是在街上。酒店巷子口到大馬路上每到晚上有家粉面小販，豬蹄麪很好吃

房間很乾淨！空間也很寬敞。住宿地點也很方便！ 酒店位置在巷子內，很安靜，晚上睡覺也不會吵鬧 距離萬國購物中心走路只有五分鐘，非常便利！

地點離市中心較遠,房間寬敞,環境及整潔度尚可,餐點沒有較多的選擇,服務員不太有熱忱

Неплохой отель но старый. Коридор очень грязный. Хотел записаться на массаж - хотели развести на деньги, но массаж возможно не относится к отелю. Рядом большой гипермаркет.
