Overal we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, spacious and well equiped with everything you will need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hostess also helped us with arranging a tour to the hanging bridge and the grottoes.It's about a 19 minute walk to the centre.

A new place near the city wall. Great attention to design and guest experience. Cleanest place I stayed in China. Helpful staff. It’s quite far from attractions, but it’s easy to walk or cycle within the walls of the city.

The location is not too bad, it is within a cluster of many newly built homestays. I chose this place for its zen design style and it is newly opened, and i read in thr review that there was free coffee provided during breakfast. Therefore i was rather dissappointed when i found out that there is no such thing, coffee is chargeable. I was glad that i brought my own drip coffee to supplement the breakfast. Although my room was eligible for 2 breakfasts, i was only provided with 1 set of breakfast and not offered any replacement for the other breakfast set that i did not take. The room size is just nice for 1 person with luggage. Bathroom+toilet was quite large in comparison to the bedroom. My room overlook the opposite facility, the window can be opened to let in fresh air. There is washing machine+dryer on the ground floor. The girls at the lobby was nice to help me manage my laundry. I was glad that i could use the large table at the lobby for my work. It is an irony that there is a non smoking signboard in the room together with an ashtray....

Rooms are clean and new. Hotel located in the new area inside the Datong city wall. Hotel recommended a local Chinese eatery within 15m walking. Didi about 2 km out of the wall, there’s a famous eatery and very cheap and good food.

Great place to stay. Walking distance of everything within the city wall. Arranged a driver to take me to the Yungang grottoes and Hanging Tempel at a very reasonable price. There is heated floors which was heaven in January. The breakfast is really nice.

The service is very good and informative. Room is clean and tidy.

Hotel clean and modern. Even has an A1 in the room to provide music. Modern projector TV, but many programmes in the TV box are blocked, and the screen is not clear. The hotel is more for younger people as the chairs in the garden are all mostly very low, not suitable for senior citizens like me. Don't think the reclining chairs are very comfortable as i dont see anyone sitting in them. But all in all, it provides great service except breakfast was rather meagre, just a bowl of watery millet porridge, an egg and some pickle vegetables or a bowl of noodles with the same and no hot drinks. The hotel should improve on this.The coffee is above average, but the price is higher than outside. Latte is 28 yuan. I can easily get a bigger cup of the same quality outside at 22-24 yuan. I am a coffee drinker and would consume more if not for this.

A brand new little guesthouse at the north end of town. The room is quiet and very very clean. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the drum tower. No English is spoken but with WeChat and google translate we have no problem communicating to each other. They arrange a car service for us to visit the Hanging temple and the Yungang grottoes for a very reasonable price. Mr. Liu the driver is very kind to us. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a nice street inside Datong's Ancient City. Everything is new inside, the bedroom really comfortable and the service was excellent! I would totally recommend this place.

Lovely stay in a beautiful Datong. Coffee is the best coffee we had in China, ❤️ although it was relatively very expensive.

Fantastic place and host. Would have given 5/5 for amenities if room had a mini fridge however the host let us use the fridge behind the counter. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!
