5 star service and excellent hotel but difficult to find as map location is wrong.

Great location! Near railway station. There are so many restaurants nearby the hotel.

We had a superior room. Furniture was old, wall a bit dirty but all in all ok. But the smell on the floor was terrible. Too many smokers stayed here. Good location, night market around the corner, train station just a few hundred meters away

Conveniently located within walking distance of the railway station (with restaurants along the way). Big business hotel, but a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and cheerful.

The location was excellent. It was right next to the train station which was useful for our onward journey. The reception staff kindly upgraded our room too so we got a very large room with great views. I would recommend this place to any foreign travellers.

It is quite close to Yining Railway Station, within walking distance. There is Silk Road Night Market nearby, which feels like a big bazaar. It is convenient to go shopping and eat at night. The hotel is a bit old, and mineral water needs to be charged extra, which is not very generous.

Xinjiang Zhongya International Hotel Silk Road Light Branch is extremely dissatisfying. The hotel facilities are old and many are damaged. The service level was low, no waiter was seen throughout the process. Breakfast has few varieties and poor quality. The entire hotel feels like it has been in disrepair and has not been cared for. It is completely unworthy of its name. The experience is extremely poor. I do not recommend it!
