Ulasan InterContinental Ningbo

I have been a global traveler and quite savvy in selecting good hotels:) Now I have to say that Intercontinental Hotels are my very favorite choice! The hotel is tastefully decorated and the room is elegant, clean and comfortable w a sweeping view of Ningbo city and rivers. The staff members are extremely helpful, especially Leslie who graciously granted us the privilege to be upgraded to the executive lounge so we could enjoy some snacks while enjoying the spectacular views from the top/25th floor. The famous breakfast buffet here is also amazing. We had a great time trying a huge variety of Chinese and Western foods, such as specialty foods from Ningbo and lots of green vegetables. Absolutely loving these!Intercontinental Hotels are highly recommended to people who would enjoy a luxurious and comfortable staying in China.

My stay at InterContinental Ningbo was fantastic, especially thanks to Angle Cheng's outstanding service. She made me feel at home with her friendly demeanor and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Highly recommend!

Bad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done. Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly. One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem. Looks like the management is not doing their job.

It is a fantastic hotel. The staff was wonderful, the pool and gym are first rate. The room was, as well. I am extremely satisfied and hated to leave.

It was a great place to stay 2 nights with family and kids specially. They lived the food and swimming pool even in this winter season. Love to come back again someday.

Very satisfied with all the services this hotel provided. The checkin/ checkout process was quite straightforward and easy. The room was very clean and spacious.

Hotel is like well used LV bag; it has some marks and scratches but still you can understand it’s a good quality)))) hotel needs renovation. Dinner 178rmb doesn’t worth to buy if you prefer European cuisine. Oysters basket always empty, queue for sashimi salmon, the rest cuisine is local.

We spent our wedding anniversary here. Thanks to the satisfactory service, I think I made unforgettable good memories. There are facilities for children, so it's good to come with children. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Ningbo！

I would like to deeply thank Kol,Justin and Alisa for their outstanding Hospitality during our stay. My family visited this hotel during the 2022 dragon boat festival weekend. We traveled with our 7 months old baby and as you can imagine, we needed some type of help in many ways and among them three, they made sure to get us all the help we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a family gateway weekend.

令我非常滿意的一間酒店。 環境：優美，就在甬新河邊，站在陽台上就能看到河流，院士橋。夜晚，高層建築燈光璀璨。 服務：優秀。入住前，Les|isL（應該是經理）就加了我的微信，瞭解需求，及時滿足。非常在乎住客的入住體驗。有一天我抱着睡着的寶貝上樓，一個戴着眼鏡按25樓的男士,（估計是酒店的管理人員）主動幫我按樓層，幫我開門，看到房間因為掛着免打擾而沒有打掃，又説馬上叫人打掃。房間服務員 （看到留言上寫着：因免打擾而沒有打掃衞生的簽名，名字叫什麼梅）也特別細心，能根據我礦泉水用水量及時增補，並把房間打掃的乾乾淨淨，擺得整整齊齊。餐廳服務員的服務同樣非常優秀，尤其是負責寧波湯圓的阿姨。總之，這間酒店從服務員到管理人員的服務都特別人性化，特別用心、細緻。 房間：太讓我滿意了，物超所值。套房，大床，兩張沙發，一張長一張寬，適合葛優躺也適合晚上睡覺，躺和睡覺都很舒服，特別適合我這樣的親子家庭入住。床品也舒適。還有兩個衞生間。 早餐和晚餐：都是自助餐，餐品豐富，有寧波特色小吃：燒餅、酒釀丸子、湯圓等，更貼心的是還有紅棗薑茶，火鍋，簡直就是冬天裏送來的温暖。寶貝們特別喜歡喝紅棗薑茶，驅寒、預防感冒。 再來寧波，一定會再選洲際酒店。

此生第一次遇到品質如此之差的酒店 4.8的評分怎麼來的？帶着三位長者開車600公里！我們全家第一次來寧波！從停車卸下行李到進入房間全程完全感受不到被服務，三個禮賓年輕人看到三位長者沒有禮貌用語沒有問候沒有指導停車沒有幫助搬運行李 全程袖手旁觀！我是一個人帶着三位長者出行，所以問詢是否有泊車服務，除了生硬的迴應沒有！全程沒有任何主動的引導停車 、進入大堂、搬運行李！感受之差！前所未有！4.8分是怎麼來的？！進入房間才是正真噩夢！大堂的異味就算了！馬桶有尿騷味！地面污垢油膩 ！抽屜裏物品散亂！壁紙開裂！房間噪音大！窗簾拉不開！房間異味！噁心🤮生平第一次入住就想退房！無奈半夜了衹能穿着衣服將就一晚！第二天8點過段退房走人！太噁心！臟亂差！毫無服務意識！很多槽點就不一一贅述！總之 來到寧波第一站就失望透頂！
