Sangat menyarankan semua orang untuk tidak menginap di hotel ini. 1) Saya memesan kamar dengan tempat tidur sofa dengan membayar di muka melalui Ctrip. Ketika saya check in, staf meja depan mengatakan bahwa kamar memiliki tempat tidur sofa, tetapi tidak. 2) Setelah negosiasi, kamar dengan tempat tidur sofa diubah, tetapi tidak ada tempat tidur di sofa. 3) Setelah bernegosiasi lagi, akhirnya saya membuat sofa bed, tapi sengaja meninggalkan buaian di kamar agar orang tidak bisa ke kamar mandi. 4) Setelah bernegosiasi lagi, lepaskan boks bayi. 5) Setelah bernegosiasi lagi, tidak ada yang meminta maaf. Kesimpulan; hotel buruk, Ctrip tidak kompeten. Selain itu, kamar hotel penuh dengan bau dekorasi.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is well-connected, with buses and trains nearby, making it easy to reach the city center in just 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location.

Everything is fine except limited food/restaurant available. Another complaint is no availability of shuttle bus to the airport, which is very important in our booking consideration. Also there are two Hyatt hotels next each other and confused us. Rental/Taxi are not accessible to Hyatt Place directly, need to walk minutes to the next Hyatt Regency to access, which is not that convenience when you have heavy luggage through an uneven path.

The hotel is so complicated to find the entrance n yet the hotel has no notice to us, the carpark is so difficult to find n the carpark fee is so expensive, we booked 2 twins bed n 1 sofa bed but the hotel said that kind of room has been all occupied, they can only give us 1 king bed n 1 sofa bed

Nice hotel nearby airport. 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel for day transit as connected to airport.

Good … connected to Zurich airport, less than 5 mins walk to terminals. Room is very modern, nice and of good size. Recommend. Connected also to train and bus stations, and just a 10 mins train ride away from Zurich city central, with very frequent trains.

Convenient and easy access to airport. Room is clean with a sofa. Good choice for one night stay before travel to next destination.

Good hotel. Walking from terminal is easy but challenging if you have a lot of luggage like we did. Room is small for our standards but maybe it’s the city’s usual size. Good for a break and early flight the next day.

Be very careful, while this hotel Is part of the airport it’s not luggage friendly or access friendly, specially if coming to hotel via car, no trolleys at hotel to airport, no porter or bell staff to help you, no one around to help you, rooms very hot little air con, very basic room like a 3* hotel and 3* services, very disappointing stay to lovely holiday in Switzerland

Excellent location with only few minutes walking away from airport. Clean, neat and tidy room with friendly staff. Definitely I will come back here for the next visit.
