I recently stayed at Ahoy Hoi An Hotel, and despite experiencing Typhoon Trami during our visit, the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. Thomas, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and well-informed, keeping us updated on weather conditions and checking in regularly. Huyn, the service lady, was equally wonderful, always greeting us warmly and offering excellent recommendations for nearby dining and activities to enjoy when the storm passed. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-prepared for the challenging weather. Thanks to Thomas and Huyn, our two nights here felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hoi An!

Beautiful new hotel with very friendly attentive staff. Rooms fitted out very nicely with lovely bath. I loved the pool, very clean and pretty gardens. I like walking so for me it was a nice walk to old town and beach and easy straight down main road. Cheap if you want to use grab. It was great also to be able to use the bike to explore. I had a small operation while here and the staff were extremely helpful and attended to my needs. There is only one part of the new hotel open so it was beautiful and quite which was great for me this time. I’m guessing it will get a bit more busy in the future. Highly recommend and l hope to come back Thank you

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Dung’s service is excellent 👍. We highly recommend you to stay at this hotel .

The room is clean, but it is dark overall and not very comfortable. The bathtub is also dark and the toilet is close, so it is difficult to relax. There is a window in the hallway, but the position of my room is just right where the balcony and the inside of the room can be seen from the window in the hallway, so I can see the faces of passersby and cannot relax. Also, the Wi-Fi is a little weak. The breakfast is average or below average in taste. It is not very tasty. I went around 8 o'clock, but many dishes were still gone and they were not keeping up with replenishing them. The staff's overall attitude and attitude are not very good. They are sloppy and brusque. After checking out, I was able to borrow a bicycle and went to the beach, but the nearby beach was murky. Overall, it was not very comfortable and I would not recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious! The air conditioner was a little weak, but they turned it up when I asked for it. Be careful that lizards can come in if you open the door. You are all kind

Quiet environment, warm and comfortable

It is a new hotel, very clean and cozy. There are also two swimming pools, both of which are wide and deep enough to enjoy swimming. The bedding is not humid, and it's nice to have a terrace. The downside is that there are not many types of breakfast, but the menu is good enough to eat, and the restaurant's air conditioner is not available. Trees, flowers, koi, landscaping and interior are not spacious, but they are literally stylish and beautiful. It may be an ambiguous location between Anbang Beach and the Old Town, or on the contrary, you may think that it is convenient to get around as both are not far away. It's quiet, you can hear birdsong and there aren't many people, so you can rent a pool and use it, and that's an advantage.

Hoi An is a lizard paradise.. There were a lot of lizards and bugs. The pool is well maintained and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was especially delicious.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was great, as were the pool and surrounds. We looked forward to the breakfast each morning as it fresh and tasty, but not as busy and noisy as the bigger hotels stayed at. But best of all was the staff. They are so warm and friendly - it was a delight to see their faces - the reception team of Naomi, Wendy, Thomas, Leo, Ken & Huyen were just brilliant! We will be back!😁

The most beautiful staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our stay was sensational- great breakfast each morning, room cleaned each day, very comfortable king bed, happy hour each day, relaxing massages, cooling pool… can find no faults. The reception staff are very knowledgeable and assist in making tour bookings, recommendations for restaurants, while booking transport. Great thanks to Naomi, Wendy, Thomas, Leo, Ken, and Huyen. They are fabulous and we have made great friends. Can’t wait to come back.

An amazing hidden oasis. Naomi, Wendy & Thomas were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The spa was amazing. Organised or day trips and transfer back to Danang. All the staff are exceptional & friendly. We felt like we were leaving family & look forward to returning.
