The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to visit specific places in Heraklion. Only a few minutes walk from the port, within walking distance of the wonderful Archaeological Museum of Heraklion and the old town, and some 20 minutes away by local bus from the Palace of Knossos. The rooms are big and comfortable and the beds are really comfortable. The hotel street is very quiet. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and the breakfast is continental.

Good price, nice breakfast, Modern rooms. I am on the first floor and I was woken at 6 am, it may have been from the neighboring apar**ent or breakfast preparation. I can hear everything in the reception area and the cleaning ladies. So if you book here don’t stay on the ground floor. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious.

Great location to all the restaurants and sites... easy access to the port... very comfortable place to stay with new amenities and great morning breakfast with 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby...
Staff was very friendly and one of the members waited for us until 1 am to make sure we got in the hotel and to out room...
Would hightly recommend.... great value for the price and what you get...

A solid three star hotel. Clean and calm, with a very nice little breakfast buffet. From the hotel you can walk everywhere in Heraklion, and you´re close to the local and long distance bus station.

Cosy, well equipped homely apar**ent excellent location walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Clean, friendly and welcoming staff with good breakfast 😋 worth the money will defo visit again.

Don’t be fooled by the name this isn’t boutique but is adequate. The rooms are clean and the breakfast ok even though not a great choice. Beware if on the ground floor, I stayed in room 2,as people walk past the rooms as they are adjacent to the road and there are no black out curtains. Hotel is well situated and close to the city centre.
